Got my two front windows tinted (supposedly 35%) and a visor done last week, the visor had multiple bubbles in it and they tinted over a piece of dirt on the passenger side. Went back today to get it corrected and told them to just correct the passenger side and instead of replacing the visor, to just get rid of it because it looked like a rainbow and was illegal (came down way past the legal limit). They ended up re-tinting the passenger side with a darker tent than they had done on the driver side, so it looks stupid and is illegal on one side. The passenger side also has bubbles after the re-tint. They also left all kinds of residue all over my front windshield from where the visor was and junk on my dash. Pulled in to get information regarding tinting my side front driver and passenger windows to match the rear factory tint on my Suv. They also recommended adding a tint strip across the top of my windshield. It added a few dollars to the bill, but afterwards found it to be worth it. 30 minutes later my job was completed. Fast service. Tint matched my rear factory tint perfectly. Only issue. After leaving I Found a bubble on the driver's door window. I Drove back and they removed the bubble. A little inconvenience, but the windows look great. I recommend giving them a try. I should add that I had my windows tinted several months ago. My statement about my windows looking great is my current observation. I should also mention. I had washed my car just before stopping which I'm guessing made it better for the tint installation. read more

Just made a short notice appointment for next week and they were kind enough to squeeze me in....professional and confident in the phone.....accommodated my schedule.....automatic 4 stars for customer service. I'll update after the tint appointment. They have a fantastic review history on Google....so I'm confident already. Shyster comes to mind. I go in and the credit card machine just happens to have gone down so they can only accept cash?? No mention of this the day before or even earlier in the day before my appt. Come on ma'aaan! That's the oldest con in the book. That's between you and the IRS, but when you try to belittle me because I don't want to pay cash...that was enough. My advice, stay away from this place! Now I know why he asked what line of work I was in on the phone..to see if was a LEO or not. Time to make a phone call... This guy doesn't know when to quit so here's his email response to me, "Seems like u need to get ur finances in order. You couldn't even pay a 200 lousy bill in cash. As for this shop we do 10 to 12 vehicles a day including local police, state police and government vehicles. Daily. As for a credit card processor well they break sometimes. Have a nice day." So my money is contrary.."lousy" even? How about a retail merchant just not try to tell me what to do with my finances? 36 years in business? Not in H-town you haven't. 5 stars are easily paid for..better options are in the area..Doctor Tint comes to mind. read more

Apparently they were training someone and I had to listen to things such as "Are you F%$# stupid?" and "No, not that way!" the entire time. It was unbelievable the way they talked to their own employee. Then, when I go to inspect the car and their work, the tint had creases, along with air bubbles and I see a scratch the size of a baseball on my rear fender! They immediately went into denial, got defensive and played the blame game instead of trying to work something out. Stated they had insurance to cover such incidents but refused to try and resolve the issue at all! I had to call the police to make sure my property wasn't damaged even further. The terrible tint was immediately removed from my car. Now I have a scratched car and no tint! Save yourself this hassle, there are many other professional tinting businesses around. I have had windows tinted at other establishments but never encountered this before! I am going to have to file a small claims suit to be made whole again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

Tom and Jamal are amazing! The professionalism, courtesy and knowledge I received when I took my husband's truck in was out of this world. I've had many a window tinted in my life and the quality of this job is hands-down the very best. Tom went out of his way and expended a lot of effort to assist me with a few unique questions I had about the tint laws in West Virginia. So I usually have my vehicles done at Dr. Tint but was unable to get my car tinted at the time I wanted so after reading reviews on Google for Lil Tint Shop I decided to give them a try. I wish I would've waited for the later opening with Dr. Tint. Lil Tint Shop was a bit cheaper also but keep in mind u get what u pay for. I only gave 2 stars for the fact that their customer service was great and they got my car in asap, which is good because I'm the type that hates to wait. They did not have many different shades of tint to choose from...I was given the choice of legal 35% or all the way to 18%...so of course I had to go with the 35% because 18% is way too dark! The quality of the tint was good but the problem was the application. I had debri bubbles all in the tint, the windshield strip was too short and cut crooked being longer on one side and the rear windows tint was cut a whole inch short from the window edge! I gave it 3 weeks but called to have it redone because I paid $250 for a shitty job and was definitely dissatisfied. So I made Tom aware of all the issues and he gladly agreed to fix the tint after giving me nothing but excuses as to why the application was so shitty. He said that all tint shops have dust and debris and u will have some bubbles after drying, which is funny because I never had 1 debris bubble after Dr. Tint did my windows. My biggest issue was the rear windows and Tom said that it was impossible to tint them to the edge because of the shape of windows my Chrysler 200 has. But surprise surprise...when I picked it back up the 2nd time, my rear windows were tinted the whole way. He said that u have to take off the door panel in order to do it and that they usually don't because it takes up too much time. Well I paid u to do a job and I expect it to be done correctly and completely! Also...there were still bubbles in the tint and the windshield was also still longer on the passenger side but not as noticeable as before. At this point I was done hearing all the excuses for his shitty job and jus left still dissatisfied but not as much as before. Later finding out from a very reliable source that the owner Tom was giving other customers a discount if they agreed to go on Google and give this business a 5 review!! I didn't even get that option...smh! Long story short...DO NOT GET UR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!! Pay a little more for the expert job at Dr. Tint!! read more
