Our meal starts out with a rich bowl of soup and a large tasty egg-roll, which is included with each delicate and tasty entry & usually accompanied with regular or fried rice. They have a full bar as well. Trust me when I say my husband and I have eaten at every oriental restaurant within miles and The Forbidden City will NOT disappoint. The chicken was roasted in big chunks that easily pulled apart and there is the best caramelized onion flavor throughout the dish with the scallions. So in her attempt to appease us she offered to give us some orange chicken but wanted to put it on the dirty plate that my wife was eating out of in the little diner area. So in essence they wanted to introduce dining area germs into their food serving area. Nasty. Her excuse was is they are a small business. I advised her we ran a small food business and would never consider bringing outside germs into out food service area.
