I immediately took it back to them and all they did was clear the codes and send the bike back to me. The bike was still idling like shit and eventually died on me at a light. I took it back to them the next day and they had it for over a week. All codes I pulled from it were related to throttle positioning sensor, intake leak, etc. so instead of doing basic diagnostics, they immediately contacted Harley tech services, reflashed my ECM to factory settings (wiping my tune), and then retuned the bike on the Dyno. I then got the bike back and it seemed to ride fine for a couple weeks, but I noticed the idle was sticking at 2k(ish) when coming to a stop and it would just cruise without cruise control on and no hand on the throttle. This was causing my engine to get extremely hot and eventually caused my bike to die again at a light. I refused to take my bike back to southside, so me and a buddy found that my intake manifold was leaking BAD by just spraying some brake cleaner around the seals and it was fluctuating RPM bad and died. I sent the bike to Northside and they found the leak immediately and fixed it same day and tuned it. The fact that Southside had my bike 3 times and couldn't fix a simple leak issue, shows their level of knowledge. Very disappointing. I can say without a doubt, I'll be giving my business to Northside over southside and I recommend you do too.

He gave me updates every step of the way. He's 150 miles away from me one direction and you can guarantee every large VW job I have I'm sending to him! I got you 129,000 miles, in my head gaskets went out. And the warranty company was not willing to help. Even though I was only 196 miles out of warranty. And it was gonna cost $4200 for them to do the head gaskets. At that's them with not replacing a cylinder head. Each cylinder head was $2000 from ford. And I have a baby on the way in four months. And I told him I could not do that and I have to give up my truck, The owner personally bought me a new engine with 40,000 miles less, and put it in my truck for free, I would I have to pay them a penny. And they said if I wanted to put parts on it why they had the motor out, that they would just charge me for the parts and no labor. Just the job of buying that motor and putting it in was easily $7000. But the owner was willing to do that for me. I did not have any reason to. I've never even met the guy. Because of him I'm going to be able to keep my truck, I have something safe for my baby to be in while I'm driving around. So I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle, to just stop by and talk to someone, they are willing to work with you, A lot of a lot of people don't understand is if you just have respect for people, they're willing to help you. Because the service manager understood how hard it was to have to buy a truck and not even me 200 miles out of warranty and my motor blow up. I received my inspection report stating the battery was low on the other two tire sensors. I did not approve to replace these sensors at this time, only the ones that were already bad. I received a call stating the fronts were now showing as bad and needed replaced. the fronts were the ones I knew were bad which my original estimate shows. After back and forth with the tech, clerk, and manager of me stating I was not paying for a service I did not approve or need at that time and still wanted the ones I already agreed to pay to have done, I end up paying for both (more for each than the original estimate which I didn't even bother arguing over). terrible customer service. Even after proving I was right, I not only paid for service I did not approve And paid more for what I agreed to, the delayed work due the confusion left me without a vehicle for an unexpected day and had to rearrange work schedules and getting kids to school.

Arriving at Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis right as they opened, I was the first customer of the day. The service rep greeted me with a mix of empathy and concern, understanding my urgent need to continue my journey. Despite being swamped, he assured me he would check for a technician's availability. Thankfully, a tech was available. Now, here's where the experience took a turn. The cost for the (1) one tire and labor was over $500, with no discounts available--not even a veteran's discount. This was a bit disappointing, as other dealerships I've visited on my travels have always honored such discounts. The only discount offered was a 10% military discount on a T-shirt or other items. I had no choice but to proceed, as risking another issue in the middle of nowhere was not an option, and the timing made visiting another dealership impractical. On a positive note, they offered free water, although the coffee left much to be desired. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and everything seemed to be put back in proper order, including my custom bags with high-strength securing bolts. Overall, while the pricing and lack of discounts were a letdown, the quick and efficient service ensured I could continue my journey without further delays. Also, there were goose hanging out in the parking lot. For these reasons, I'm giving Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis 4 stars.

Since I already had the wheel off the bike, I headed straight there, expecting a straightforward swap. After waiting for over an hour, Steven told me the technician claimed the rim was "too big" for the tire. This makes no sense, as the wheel was currently fitted with a Harley 180-60-16--the exact tire that came on the bike when I purchased it. To make matters worse, when I went to retrieve my wheel, the tire was left half-off the rim, and both the valve stem and valve cap were missing. When I questioned why it was being returned to me in that condition, I was simply told the manager said they could "refuse to service it." The lack of technical knowledge and the "take it or leave it" attitude from management is unacceptable. If you are looking for professional service or basic competence, I suggest looking elsewhere. The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke with zero professionalism from the start. As a customer, whether you're knowledgeable or just asking questions, you deserve basic respect--something this place clearly does not value. Instead of helping, they talk down to you and make you feel like your business doesn't matter, all while expecting you to hand over your money. Took it to Jamco on a Friday, got good estimate, and went with them. Had to order new side panels that arrive in 2 days. Got my car back and fixed 3 days later. Great work just like I had always heard. I highly recommend Jamco. Use gps to find them off a small alley behind Klaus' meat market off Shelby. After…read more9 months of my own research and a personal conversation with Graham Rahal, I decided to go with the Lingenfelter by Corsa exhaust. Personally knowing Ken Lingenfelter was a strong consideration in this selection and Graham making a strong recommendation as well. July 29, 2021 I placed my order through outsourcing by GRP and within 4wks the unit was delivered and I was put on schedule for installation. My car was dropped off and I can say it was treated with care. The guys at the shop worked on my car and ensured it was right as well as perfect before returning it to me. Alex Sweet kept me apprised of the situation with my car, as far as where they were in the installation and re-calibration of the valves. I can say the shop had paperwork that detailed my cost on parts and labor and the expectations I should see once completed. I couldn't be happier with the end results of my car. When I came to pick the car up everything was explained and shown to me, of the operation. I've since made several referrals for GRP, especially when it comes to C8 Corvette performance work. Three days after getting my car back I personally got a phone call from the automotive world renowned Ken Lingenfelter who inquired not only about the namesake exhaust on my Corvette but my experience at GRP. I had nothing but great things to say and Ken hopes to be able to have an automotive performance facility in the Indy Metro area that is certified to handle the Lingenfelter product line of LPE parts. So, with all that's been said about Graham Rahal and his GRP shop, I wouldn't allow anyone else aside from them, to do work on my car, at least work of this caliber.
