I bought a brand-new golf cart in the fall. It has never worked correctly. Tom Wood has come three times to pick it up and redeliver it, but the same problem continues to occur--the cart abruptly stops for no reason, which causes safety issues when driving it. Yesterday, after having my cart for a month and a half (3rd time TW has had it) I was given 3 options, 1) trade in my cart for $9000 which is approximately half of what I paid (ridiculous I know!), 2) wait until they can get around to repair it, or 3) pick it up and bring it do another dealer. Can you believe it? I can't. I have never seen a company run away from a quality defect and take zero blame. They claim Club Car is the worst company in the world; probably true but they are right behind Club Car. It is crazy. This problem happened on the first day they delivered it and has never gone away. I have an email chain with over 80 emails on it. I have called over a dozen times and stopped in several times. They only respond when they feel like it, and you will never get an update on the service work without tracking them down. They do not care about anything but making that initial sale. Tom Wood dumped off my golf cart in my driveway today, with a known safety problem, and said "good-bye and good riddance" to my family. I have attached a pic of the email.

These professionals can do anything to any Harley Davidson from 1903 to brand new, from basic fluid changes to complete built race motors for the drag strip, they do it all. They stock many aftermarket parts, and if they don't have it they can order it and have it in about 1 day. And even during the Spring time busy season they will get your bike road ready quick.

An awful dealership that will rip you off…read more Sales associate Jacob Whitham lied about the condition of a $90k motorcycle repeatedly, as well as the service technicians qualifications. The bike was badly misrepresented, and the CEO of Graham Rahal Vehicles Cory Watkins is also a liar that does not stand by the condition of his vehicles. This is worse than the sleaziest used car dealership operation. When my lawyer exposed Cory Watkins for the lies he was peddling and for going back on his word to pay for all of the issues of this vehicle he just doubled down and lied some more, except that the person who transported this vehicle has iron-clad evidence proving that all damage was incurred at the dealership by their inept service staff and covered up by their mendacious sales team. Cory refused to rectify a situation he assured me that he would in writing, and is now playing games.
