Once it came in, I received a call from Discount Installation Services to schedule the installation. When the installers showed up, my wife and I were glad to see that they both had their Covid masks on. They both courteously introduced themselves to us, informed us of what to expect (noise, dust, etc.), set up, then began the installation. The installers' names were Tony and Jose; these two gents were consummate professionals and quite the craftsmen. The arrived at 8:30AM and finished the installation at 12:45PM.
