I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. I was able to use my phone again & charge it up just in case I lost power during the ice storm. I'm so grateful to Freddie for walking me through the process effortlessly. I'll be returning (hopefully no time soon) if I need help in the future. He saved me from having to purchase another phone, which I wasn't ready to do yet. I'll definitely recommend this location to others who have problems with their devices.

Charlotte Observer messed up, but I feel they should have honored for a potential customer who inquired on the day that the coupon ran and was only 2 days beyond their planned expiration date. They could not seem to figure out how to smoothly transfer the website change. My website was never fully indexed on google. TDLR: 1) My website didn't fully index in the 3-4 months I used them. 2) Title tags were atrocious. Zero thought went into them. They targeted keywords that meant nothing. 3) I worked on my own SEO for hours trying to fix their mistakes. 4) They charge extra to run banner ads but say they don't have any way to see their performance. 5) The salesman lie. They got me good. I fell for it. I wasn't even going to write a bad review after all this until they charged me for an additional month.
