After posting my routine maintenance project on Yelp, I received a message from Hector very quickly. All subsequent communication from this business has been terrible. They canceled my consultation once and took days to respond to texts to reschedule. I was charged a $50 consultation fee for two workers to take the same photos (no measurements) that I had already provided to Yelp. After days of no-contact, I had to request the estimate myself. When requesting to schedule the work, I also did not receive a reply. If I can't trust a company to answer the phone, why should I let them anywhere near my circuit breaker? Went to them for installing an EV charger in my townhome for my Polestar 2. Sergio led the project, which included replacing our subpanel - a 50-year-old Zinsco - with a newer one and pulling wire through two floors of drywall. The project spanned two (2) days at around $4k which was completely fair for the amount of effort and hours they put in. Additionally, they patched and sanded the holes they made before leaving. Overall, I had a very good experience getting 4 recessed lights and 1 dimmer switch replaced. The price was fair, Hector was very quick to respond, and the electricians were courteous, clean and quick. The only issue keeping it from being 5 stars was that due to plumbing lines running above where my light was going, they had to move the j-box and location of my light 4 inches forward. This resulted in my lights not being aligned. I would have preferred for them to ask if this was fine prior to performing the work or moving the other light forward as well so they would be aligned.
