It is a huge store with great prices and great trade-in price values. Trading card games, video games, manga, action figures, and even an arcade in the back of the store! First called the place to see if they sold magic cards in bulk as in go threw it yourself pick out…read morex cards for x price, was told over the phone that they didn't sell bulk in larger quantities but they did a bag deal which was fill a small bag for 4 dollars they said it would be about 100 cards. Basically came to .04 per card not a bad deal. So we drove an hour and arrived. First impression of the store was nice huge variety of tcgs collectibles etc. spoke with the same gentleman again that I spoke with over the phone asked again about the 1000 count bulk box and how much it would be, went to talk to his boss and came back and said it would be 50$ I immediately said no, while it may have come out to be .05 per card I knew from previous experience with my hometown card shop that was double the price, so I decided we would just do a few bags and call it. So we sat for an hour went through a couple of boxes and made a selection close to 200 ish cards went to go put them in the bag and quickly realized there was no way in heck 100 cards would fit in this bag barely 40 cards fit without bending this meant the per card price was .10 per card nearly triple the original price I was told over the phone. At this point I returned the cards and left the shop. And will not be returning. The only saving grace was the last gentleman I spoke with who was willing to negotiate on the price of the stack of 100 I had already brought to him but after nearly an hour of sorting and collecting, I had enough, customers had zero sense of boundaries was bumped several times in the head by a guy with a back pack while I was going threw the bulk. Then he proceeded to push his chair all the way against mine even after I scooted in closer to the table. So will not be going back due to prices and customer related issues.

I was thrilled. Finding its tag naming Country Friends as its source made it even more special to me because my roots are in north Georgia's Chattooga County. They paid some attention to two people looking for a wedding gift, but never bothered to acknowledge that I was in the store. No greeting, no wave, nada. I thought that was a little odd. I was interested in some decor featuring a cute dragonfly theme, but opted not to buy it because I was completely ignored, which seemed pretty odd in comparison with my other very positive experiences in other retail shops along the downtown historic district. I looked around quite a bit, saw a few unique things at both high and lower end prices and plenty of run of the mill stuff that I could easily get at any TJ Maxx, Marshall's or even Home Goods, although not as much funky or hard to find items as I would've liked. Still, the store did have a few things I truly liked, but lack of customer service and ridiculous markups on mundane pieces (candles, vases, fragrances) that I can get anyplace else at low prices led to my walking out empty-handed, despite wanting the beautiful dragonfly art that I saw. As I headed out the door, I still elicited no response from the lady behind the counter or anyone else. No "goodbye, have a good day, stop in again," nada. It definitely felt odd and slightly unwelcoming. Oh well. I'd probably give them another chance in the future.

Definitely the best selection of retail firearms that I've ever seen. They also have nice items on consignment to look through. Prices are more than fair but the very best part about this place is the people. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Chad for helping me pick two of the nicest firearms that now are part of my collection and for being patient and taking the time to go through everything with me. Also, thank you to Josh and Kasey for being so welcoming, and also very helpful. Range is clean and very nice. Parking is easy and there's lots of it and the drive to the range is really beautiful. Over the last year I've been to at least half a dozen shooting ranges and Appalachian Gun and Pawn…read morerange is by far the best. They have 5 pistol ranges (up to 25 yards) and 5 rifle ranges (up to 50 yards). Both inside and next to each other if you want to bring both. All ranges have state of the art computer driven touch pads that give you just about and condition you want to practice in. Very well maintained with plenty of lighting all the way down the range. It makes your visit much more enjoyable when the staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention all the customers are willing to talk with you and share helpful tips. Also they have multiple target variations all are extremely reasonable. So after all this, the thing I like most is they are extremely safety conscious, as am I and the guys I shoot with. No goofing off, no breaking any safety rules or you will be immediately escorted out! They have plenty of cameras to ensure all are safe. We try and go about every other week when we're all in town. Always a safe fun experience. Now if I can just get rid of this low and to the left of the target problem I have, all will be good. Lol.
