Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this particular dealer. Then I made my way over to the parts department. I was looking for a cleaner with bug removal properties. There are four display shelving units in the parts department that have cleaning products. All of the shelves are within 15 feet of the parts department cash register and have clear line of sight. There were no other customers in the department and there was one parts specialist. I walked around all four shelves looking at different products and the employee didn't ask if I needed help one time. When I decided on a product and was taking it up to the counter, I noticed a sign on the counter that read, "Rainy Day Special 10% off all cleaning products" When the employee rung up the purchase, I noticed he did not give me a 10% discount. So I asked, "What about the discount?" and he said, "You mean the one that says, (Rainy Day Discount)? I said,"Yes" and I swear he said to me, "Do you see it raining?" I honestly thought he was joking at first but then realized he was serious. He did not give me a discount even though the sign was plainly visible. Between motorcycles, parts, clothing and service calls, I have spent a great deal of money at this dealer and to be treated this way is the final straw. I'll be going to a different dealer from now on.

I watched a tech ride it for a last shake-down prior to leaving with it. Went one mile. The tail light was out. Went 45 minutes towards home, and the shifter peg fell off. Got home and the front marker light was out. Dealership played games and pretended not to know what i meant when i wasnted to see ALL the numbers. After hours of this, and being 45 minutes late for an appointment, I just signed and finally left. During signing, I noticed the 1200+ fee. If you do buy there, plan to spend the day and make sure to review all the paperwork. I wasn't planning to buy that day, but the bike was what I was looking for. Noce enough bike, everything is fixable, people were nice, but the used car salesman tactics made the deal second-rate.

Not only are they EXTREMELY pushy, but the prices are also insane. I ended up at 2 different dealers in Rome, Ga saving me roughly $4,000 on the exact same dirt bikes I had looked at at Ride Now. For some reason they think the stuff they sale is better than everyone else. For reference I purchased a 2025 crf50 for my son, Ride Now wanted almost $2,000 more than other dealers. I also purchased a 2025 kx112 and they were almost $3,000 higher. Last I looked at a crf450r for myself and they were almost $5,000 higher. It's a shame to have to make a bad review on a business but I don't want to see people treated wrong, please check prices before purchasing from Ride Now. This place doesn't care about customers!

Another $100. They stripped the installation screws on the trunk. There seemed to be a problem with the engine. They kept putting me off. Had the scooter towed to their shop. They would not honor the warranty. The owner was nasty to me on the phone and the gentleman that towed my scooter. I had another towing expense to return it back to me.
