After 4 visits my car is out of warranty and they're saying I'll need to talk to new management this Thursday. Sounds like they don't plan to fix the issue. Don't take your car here! My wife brought her 2016 Tundra in for an oil change and it took almost…read morefour hours to get it done and there were no other customers. About week later oil was leaking all over my driveway! I looked under the truck oil was leaking and the bottom of the truck was covered in oil. I also found several skid plate bolts missing, they never put them back in after changing the filter. I drove the truck back to Walmart and the manager told me the person who did the oil change was not certified to do it and they have been having problems with this person. They agreed to change the oil again for free and refund my money. I went under the service bay to see where the oil was leaking from with the manager. They found the oil drain plug had not been tightened all the way and oil was leaking from the filter. The filter was also loose. Two hours later the truck was still not ready, I went back under to check on what was going on and found the tech trying to find bolts that would fit the skid plate. It looked like he was trying to force a bolt with the wrong size thread into the hole. I told him to stop and I would bring the truck to the dealer and have them fix it and send the bill to Walmart. I also discovered several skid plates in the corner and lots of bolts all over the workbench that were never put back in. It looks like they only install half the bolts on a regular basis.
