She has gone above and beyond for my mom...coming from San Jose to pleasanton on a Saturday to assess my mom, got her into ER quickly due to her connections, followed up, encouraged ways to help my mom get proper help and communicated with me every time I needed her. Another nurse that came even picked up a prescription for my mom! They have exceeded standards of what all other agencies have defined as a "home health nurse". She is even addressing the rehab facility to see to it that they inappropriately discharged her too soon. My mom has had many of these agencies but this one really tops them all!! Call lights were answered in a reasonable amount of time, and whenever we had questions, someone took the time to explain things instead of rushing us off the phone. That meant a lot. The therapy team was especially impressive. They pushed my family member to work hard but were encouraging and positive the whole time. We saw real progress week by week, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Is it a brand-new luxury facility? No. But it was clean, organized, and most importantly, the staff treated my loved one with dignity and kindness. That's what mattered most to us.
