All departments coordinated to provide a great amount of support for my Grandmother. The activities department provided an environment where my Grandmother could follow the news, be in a social environment, and participate in all types of enriching games, exercises, and entertainment opportunities. The office staff took great care of us a family, giving us tremendous support and guidance during our challenging times, expertly filing all necessary paperwork for insurance purposes, which was a huge relief for us. The physical therapy department worked hard to help my grandmother regain her function as much as was physically possible, taking her for walks and keeping her moving with targeted exercises, and they kept us updated on her progress with detailed feedback. The cleaning staff were very friendly and they did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas looking sparkly clean. The medical staff were very knowledgeable and helped us understand my Grandmother's condition while making sure she received the proper treatment. The kitchen staff worked hard to provide quality meals that met the special dietary needs of my Grandmother. The front desk staff workers were always welcoming and helpful when we arrived to visit.
