She was kind, attentive, punctual and reliable. On the rare occasion she was not available, a call to Michelle would quell my worries. She would quickly find a replacement or even attend to my Mom herself. My Mom ended up moving into a board and care but while she was at home, Brightlife was a saving grace. All Seasons Homecare was highly recommended to me by my attorney so I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Lou Ann. She explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I knew after talking to her that my mother-in-law would be in good hands. This place is top notch and so professional. I used All Seasons for 11 days. In that time, all the caregivers showed up on time and gave excellent care to my mother-in-law. At the end of each shift, the caregiver would write up a summary of their visit online, letting me know how my mother-in-law was doing and how the visit went. These notes were very insightful. I appreciate how if there are any problems or questions you can contact Honor, the company All Seasons partners with, 24 hours a day. Very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend All Seasons/Honor. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely!!!! When you need homecare done right, this is the place to contact! We were given very short notice that mom was going to be released but Lou Ann and Christina met with us and mom to get better acquainted with her and her needs. Shortly after mom got home she had a virtual meeting with a therapist and with no way to conduct this meeting, Christina drove to the home to personally assist with the process. Above and beyond! An urgent staffing issue arose late on a Sunday evening while I was sitting in an airport so I called the 24 hour service number and within minutes I received a call back that the issue was resolved, another example of All Season's commitment to provide the best possible care to their clients and their families. All of the Health Care Professionals assigned to help mom have been very helpful, patient and kind (and mom can be a handful at times:) ) I also very much appreciate the fact that I receive daily reports once the homecare visit is complete that summarizes the visit. Living out of state this is beyond helpful. After reading the reports and finding out about doctor visits or therapist visits that occurred I am able to contact mom and discuss the visit, etc. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization for anyone who is in need of homecare services. The entire organization from Lou Ann and Christina to the personnel answering the 24 hour "hotline" is in my mind, without a doubt, the best homecare service available. I was putting off trying to find a care home for my mom for the last six months. Prior to that,…read morealthough she had been declining, I could still communicate with her somewhat; push her around in a wheelchair, and watch her eat most of her food. However, from January 2025 on, it seemed like every two weeks, she would get worse dramatically. She wouldn't eat; she wouldn't take her pills - she was fading in front of me everyday, and I was powerless to stop the deterioration. She needed an around the clock care giver or be at a facility at all times for her well-being, but I didn't know where to start or what to look for. I didn't have grandparents that lived to an old age and my dad died when I was a teen, so this search was foreign. I called a few places, but I didn't know what to ask for and what I should be looking for in a place for my mom. A nurse gave me Nicole Fauss's number and immediately Nicole wanted to get a sense of who my mom is. From her thorough, yet sensitive and understanding, questioning, she deduced that my mom would do much better at a smaller residence. My mom had become almost completely aphasic and her recognition of English had vanished, leaving her with just a scant familiarity with rudimentary Mandarin - and even that was pretty infrequent. So Nicole started to comb the Bay Area for possible, suitable place. She sent me names, short descriptions of these homes and contact info. I revised other things I thought that would be important as this process was undertaking: distance, dietary needs, style of food, I even thought that my mom may feel a bit more comfortable with other people who were Asian and were also in need of memory care. With all these changes, Nicole adjusted her search and would promptly send me lists of places. She would call many of these places first so I didn't have to feel so awkward during my initial phone call. All that she did for my mom and me were far more than I had ever expected anyone to commit. I called, visited and they didn't feel right. Nicole did not push me to take any of these earlier places; she just continued to look for us. I called a place that was surprisingly close to my mom's apartment. It didn't check all the boxes, but it had other aspects that Nicole could sense would be valuable to my mom's health and my state of peace. Nicole's guidance and diligence have led us to this wonderful residence for my mom and has shown that this stage of my mom's life doesn't have to be so saturated with fear and sadness. The home is small. The caregiver to resident ratio is small. There is a pretty yard. The caregivers are not Mandarin speakers, but they listen and observe attentively. The caregivers make sure that the food meets my mom's picky needs as well as her nutritional requirements. They've also expanded my mom's palate as she now eats and drinks far more than she did a month ago. The place is also not a home  specifically for elderly, memory-care residents. Because of this diversity, the energy of the home is much higher than some of the other places I have seen. Being situated in this has helped my mom. She taps her feet to the Supremes coming out of the radio; smiles (she smiles often now) at the other residents on her floor; has meals with them and tries to talk to them. I have a better comprehension of what living with dignity is like. My mom is now in a place that feels like a home, because, quite frankly, it is a home.

I couldn't pick up my Mom when she suddenly couldn't walk anymore. She was on Kaiser Hospice with terminal bone cancer (wow, also incredible people!) and they recommended Roxana. Victor was wonderful on the phone. Sensing I couldn't make another night, he managed to have a nurse at the house by 9:00 p.m. "Angel" Nurse Blanca and Roxana walked in that night and jumped into action, literally. Firing off instructions between the two, they immediately cleaned my Mom and got her comfortably into bed, fixed the room, etc. On a later day, I went to the store when they were putting in a catheter because they knew I didn't need to hear it. They know so much about taking care of the caregiver! When I got back, the entire living room was organized, clean, medicine logs, every single medicine organized. I couldn't believe how wonderful they were. Blanca literally never left my Mom's side. She called her "Princess" and stood for hours fanning Mom with a calendar b/c she was hot. She had to sleep over b/c she lived far away; she's a wonderful person. We didn't speak the same language (my fault) but it didn't matter at all. Universal sign language worked just fine. There's apps that translate the spoken word. They also worked with Kaiser Hospice which helped immensely. They were knowledgeable about Mom's meds and condition. Roxana was also amazing; dropping by. Explaining everything to me. Taking time to talk to me often. Just overseeing everything. This 'short' review isn't so short. I have a million other things I could describe about Nurse Blanca's amazing help but I'll stop. Unfortunately, it was only for five days. Mom passed and Blanca made sure we had our time alone with no one in the room. Just what is needed but you don't know these things at the time. Their experience is worth every penny. I don't know what I would've done without them. Angels.
