A friend of mine got me in contact with Frank and he was able to communicate with the skilled nursing facility to get orders in in order to start care for my grandma on the day following her discharge, so she did not have any break in care. All of the staff that we worked with at HomeAssist were not just super professional, but were extremely kind, caring, and patient, especially when dealing with an older lady that is terrified of most things and her overbearing family (us) that were kind but were full of questions, concerns, and commentary amongst each other. If ever any one in my family will need home health, I will definitely suggest that amazing clinicians at HomeAssist Home Health, because they truly make you feel like you are getting VIP service!
