The places you find when your not really looking. We stumbled here while heading to another place for brunch. That didn't go so well as it wasn't what we were expecting. And then this place popped up. Of course we were literally around the block from it beforehand. It's a cute little cafe nestled right among a cute little residential block. It's like a if you know you know type of place as it's not on a main street. Literally at the end of a block where's its basically homes. So a neighborhood cafe. There was plenty of seating as it was mid week during lunch time. We walked in which has an open concept with the wide window looking outside. There's a bar area with counter hi top seating and a nice patio out front with umbrellas covered tables. It was a little breezy but had to make do as we had the little pup with us. Checked in with one of the server which she informed us to have a seat anywhere we like. A good amount of the guest did occupied the patio seating which we did to as it was nice out when your in the sun but a little breezy. Menu wise, it's mainly breakfast and lunch. They only open till 3. We started off with the bubbly special which was a bottle and a juice. Can't have brunch without mimosas. For the price it was great, 21.00 I believe. Meal, they had a board right when you walked in with daily specials. We went with an order of the lobster omelette and the tri tip sandwich. Both on the special. It was between the lobster or Philly steak omelette which we were informed that lobster was a favorite among the guest. That was served with either house potatoes or hash browns and toast, biscuits. And the tri tip was with curly fries. Plus an order of onion rings to accompany the meal. Omelette was quite tasty as I wasn't quite sure with the ratio of lobster. Quite honestly, it was decent size chunks inside and a good amount of it. The hollandaise sauce added that extra touch to it. Everything was delicious. The tri tip sandwich itself was excellent. Served on a roll which was tasty and the sauce used was amazing. It just made everything work all together. Plus both the seasoned fried and onion rings were excellent. Both with a nice crunch to it. Service was excellent. Our waitress was a doll and the sweetest. Food was great and the mimosa's special was the finish touch to a nice brunch. The cafe itself was a cute addition to the neighborhood. Street parking along the front. Not sure if there's parking in the back. Overall, it was a great find and would definitely come back.

French Onion Soup, with a side of fresh fruit

A shout-out to Missy, who was solicitous without being overbearing. So cheerful and helpful. We eat here every time we come to San Pedro, and it never disappoints. This visit, we recommend the French onion soup, and the new Chopped Burger Melt!

Came here to cure our hangovers and it was a great choice. Hamburgers were made fresh and very juicy. The fries are soooo good! Especially with their ranch! Service was attentive and pleasant as always. Inside was beautiful and they had the windows open so it was nice to feel the fresh breeze.

Breakfast quesadilla

My friend wanted to go here and I was taking him to breakfast, so we did. When I lived nearby I would have picked the place next door. So this may have been my first (and last) breakfast here. My friend got the breakfast quesadilla, which was oozing with cheese--seemingly low-quality cheese, that gooey-looking kind. A little paltry for the price of $18. Why no beans on the side? I was considering the lobster omelette for a whopping $25 and the waiter raved about it and I let myself be persuaded. It was terrible! Drenched in a creepily orange supposed hollandaise (as we know, see photo, Hollandaise sauce is not meant to be orange), which looked like it was poured from a can. Thin and no lemon. Just some cheap flavoring. The waiter insisted that they had "made it this morning," so maybe they made it from a powder from a packet? I was starving so joylessly I ate nearly half of it and then subsisted on eating most of a generous serving of hash browns. Perhaps I was too timid. When the waiter did not offer any compensation, or to get me another plate of something else, I just dutifully sucked it up. Then he asked if we wanted coffee cake -- which should have been on the house, since he clearly realized I was not happy with the lousy omelette. If I'd not been with a person I was only meeting for the first time, I'd have been more plaintive, but I did not want to embarrass them -- they live in the area, and I do not. But just YUCK. When another friend joined us to sit and chat after our plates had been taken away he told us how he'd given up on this joint. I suggest something be done about the food quality and value.

We really liked visiting this café. Their food was very good and they have a very wide range of options on their menu. They serve beer and wine and smoothies. Location is great close to the water can see the lighthouse from the street. Service was good and the inside was very clean and nice. Was pricey tho

We sat outside on a neighborhood street with a view of the lighthouse in the distance-well you could see it from the middle of the street. The Lobster Benedict and the Carnitas Omelette specials were delicious but the accompanying country style potatoes were not soft or well seasoned. Great friendly service!

Club Sandwich

This place never disappoints. Beautiful day out and so really wanted to eat here after work (2pm) Delicious eggs Benedict Florentine style and good homestyle potatoes. Love that they have flavored creamer for coffee, some restaurants really don't?!!! My friend had a club Sandwich and we both had some leftovers for the next day. Quality of food is great and eventhough we arrived close to 230 pm (when they close at 3pm), service was still great, didn't rush us. And you can always do alil walk towards the beautiful view after breakfast or lunch :)

The sandwich was very good. Ingredients were fresh. Bread was perfect. But the employees seem sad.

This visit I made sure to ask the sweet lady who brought out our food if she makes it, to which she shared that they did make it fresh in house! This visit we also got to meet the owner who was also very kind and welcoming to us. I would 100% recommend to everyone local or visitor to check it out for yourself! And the food from here was expensive in taste, and not costly either. What I want to eventually say, is that this place has unique pizza flavors, excellent service, moderate prices, and eye-catching ecore that makes the wait for the take-out order seem less, cause one can distract themselves with the cartoons on the wall. Preapre the brick pizza oven a review will be baked that honors this place with robust prose. I was celebrating a friend's birhtday. And the day got gone, without me really placing attention to the food I was going to honor him with. I had been invited to this place in the past (a Yelp experience) and I found the food good enough to remember. So I trusted that this place would somehow deliver cheese and sauce goodness to honor someone I consider a brother, from another mother. And to be honest, this place was close enough to be a choice option. But now the relatively closeness to this place is a plus, the food is the reason why I am going to go back. I surveyed the menu and I decided to do the Sausage Hunter, without the mushrooms. I realized that Sausage Hunter could be a name of a movie about a cougar gone wild. And the pizza was fantastic. The main flavor pop was the sausage. It provided meaty flavor and the fennel elevated the taste to Mozza-like quality. Not that this place can compete with Mozza that is not the point. More like the pizza of this place was unique enough to be called gourmet like the type you find at Mozza. And the pizza here was more accessbile in taste, price point, and does not require one wear shoes. One can enter here in sandals. I do not think I can do that at Mozza. Maybe. I won't try though. This place does not do itself justice with its name. Perhaps it can be called Piccini Gourment pizza to-go. Regardless, the pizza was a standout: White sauce, dollops of pesto, parmessean, mozzarella, and care. Hopefully one can see that these ingredients are not run of the mill pepperoni and olives. Even writing them seemed decadent and like I had enter a Nonna's kitchen on the eve where she was cooking for her only grandaughter's wedding. On this day, the sauce had to be white, in case she spilled it, it would match the dress. Imagine if she spilled red sauce on her white gown? Nonna's know what suace to make for each day. Since I rushed through my day I did not have time to buy plates, napkins, and forks for the mini party i was hosting. And yet I had a cake to provide to someone and also this pie. So I asked one of the workers, in a hushed whisper, do you mind providing me extra plates, and forks and napkins. And she was like how many? Anhe md I with a feeling of guilt I said 15. My inner person cringed. I got ready for the no, perhpas delivered in an italian accent. And the person who helped me said, I got you, with happy conviction. She did not make me feel like an ogre who pillaged a village of its straw and pitchforks to give utensils and comfortable seating for his ogre friends when he forgot to purchase these items on the way to the pit where the party was being held. Her behavior was attentive past the line of service. It was no wonder her name was Precious. I took a clip of the mural. It looked like a serious artist painted with crayons. It showed gelato and people about to kiss while racing to the center of a spaghetti strand. It had many things to see and wonder about while you waited like I said at the start of the review. So there was thought here, I think. What can stimulate people while they wait for their pizza besides their phone? Colorful images. It works with kids and cartoons. Why not with customers waiting for their pizza? This place will be on the rotation when i want pizza.
