Chris with Lightbeam Tint absolutely blows the competition out of the water. As someone who was completely new to residential window tinting, I spent a lot of time shopping around and comparing companies before making a decision. I received two other estimates and honestly, they were a joke compared to what Chris brought to the table. From the products he offers to his knowledge, communication, and attention to detail, he was in a completely different league than the other companies I spoke with.
From the very beginning, Chris was professional, respectful, and incredibly easy to work with. I had made it clear that I couldn't meet any earlier than our scheduled appointment time, and unlike many contractors, he respected that and arrived exactly when expected. He even asked if we wanted him to remove his shoes before entering our home, which immediately showed the level of care and respect he has for his customers and their property.
Residential window tinting can be overwhelming because there are so many options available, but Chris made the process simple. He took the time to educate us, answer our questions, and guide us toward the right solution without any pressure. I was also impressed to learn that he personally performs all of the installations himself, ensuring a level of quality control that many companies simply can't offer.
What really won me over was his attention to detail and commitment to perfection. At one point, a piece of tint wasn't adhering exactly how he wanted it to. Rather than trying to make it work, he immediately removed it, threw it away, and started over. That level of pride in workmanship is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of service he provides.
Throughout the entire process, Chris was prompt with communication, competitive with pricing, and provided great photos and examples so we knew exactly what to expect. He made everything seamless from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the final results.
If you're considering residential window tinting, do yourself a favor and call Chris at Lightbeam Tint. Don't waste your time shopping around like I did. Chris offers everything you could want and more, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for the best window tinting experience in the Valley. read more
