I rented a Mercedes S-Class and…read morehalfway through my trip the car displayed a warning that it would shut down because the AdBlue tank was empty. How does a premium rental car even leave the lot without something so essential? I lost nearly four hours waiting for roadside assistance, missed important reservations, and then was forced to pay the technician in cash for AdBlue--even though I purchased full roadside coverage with zero deductible. To make matters worse, the company later recharged my credit card for the same expense. I've emailed them several times with no response. Zero accountability, zero customer service. For a company renting "luxury cars," this was anything but a luxury experience. Save yourself the stress--rent elsewhere.

I am certain this did not happen on my watch as it is the kind of damage that happens in parallel parking or running too close to a curb. This did not happen. I believe it was there when I picked up the car or happened after I dropped it off. They claim I should have inspected the car before I drove off, but this tear was not visible to the naked eye, especially in the dimly lit airport garage. When I asked for a photo, they had to circle the tear in fluorescent magic marker (otherwise it couldn't be detected). They also violated their own policy because their rep is supposed to complete a "return checksheet" with the renter at the drop off point. This was never done. Instead, this guy walked around the car, looked inside, and said "You can go".

    BEWARE!! SCAMMERS here!! You will rent one type of car online only to find out it's either…read moreunavailable or "being returned soon" then they up charge you to take a car that's on their lot. Totally a scam to make more money. When we rented the total was around 350 usd, but since that wasn't available and the "only" option was something else this rental turned into all most 1000.00 usd rental. Yes a thousand dollars!!! Even for the highest tiered member of this company you will get no one. service was poor, people were rude and disrespectful upon returning the car. I'd highly suggest renting from another company. Enterprise, Almo and National all the same and I'd stay away!! Definitely not like the service in the US or the car classes for the money paid.

Spent 30 minutes documenting all other existing damage on vehicle. Upon returning the car, they insisted we were responsible for the seat stain. More importantly, TIAGO INACIO, was extremely demeaning and hurled insults at me when I advised that the stain was present at pickup. There's a reason this outfit has poor reviews. It's a thinly veiled extortion racket where they hope they can get you to pay for stuff that has nothing to do with you. And they have the worst customer service I have encountered at a car rental. If you have a choice, avoid this dumpster fire of a company. If you don't, then dedicate 45 minutes documenting even the tiniest marks on the car (inside and out). Otherwise, expect to be cheated and scammed by these guys!
