I did, then knocked on the other doors as well, but no one came. I waited for several minutes and called the spa four times between 2:16-2:20 pm; I could hear the phone ringing inside, yet no one picked up. Please don't advertise walk-ins if there isn't staff available to greet guests or answer calls. Either update the signage/hours or keep the door locked when unattended. I can't comment on the quality of services, but today's experience with customer service was not good.

I went in the spa room and it smells heavenly inside there. I went to get gel x nails inspired by coroline. I had my nail's done my a wonderful nail tech named Tammy. She is super kind and I 10000% would recommend her. I showed her the inspo picture and she made it 100 times better. In general all the staff are kind.
