I went to this nail place right after it opened, and when I walked in, I wanted to fall asleep. It's so relaxing and calming inside. I got a tour of the place (it's SUPER big inside). I went in the spa room and it smells heavenly inside there. I went to get gel x nails inspired by coroline. I had my nail's done my a wonderful nail tech named Tammy. She is super kind and I 10000% would recommend her. I showed her the inspo picture and she made it 100 times better. In general all the staff are kind. They were watching Tammy do my nails, and complementing them. They are all super kind and funny! It's also extremely affordable. The nails I got were only $85! I purchased a membership for a month in order to use the hot tub and gym. I am sorry to report this facility is bare bones and does not appeal to the senses. The towels were scrawny, no robes or slippers were provided, no complimentary Water. Although the temp in the hot tub was just right, you're out on a balcony w a minor mountain view but primarily looking at the not-very-attractive wall of the hotel! I may be a bit spoiled in recently staying in three out-of-this-world, nature-attuned spas in Europe and this was a completely different experience. read more

My husband and I booked a couples massage for 3pm. We notified them that we would be 15 minutes late. On the phone the receptionist told us it wouldn't effect our massage time because there was no one booked after us. When we showed up they told us that they had booked someone after us so now we we will have a shorter massage (for the same price). We also were told that the last time slot was 3pm but yet they had booked someone right after our massage. We were told after our massage that we have access to hot tubs. Every hot tub was packed with teenage boys. The massages are pricey so to pay for the massage and not get the full time then being unable to use any hot tubs or pools just really feels like we got cheated out of our experience. What a great experience! Tracy was my massage therapist. I ordered the hot stone massage with a touch of aromatherapy to help me relax enough to get into my Zen zone. She was incredible. Her technique relaxed me nearly immediately and I was able to get into the zone early and stated there throughout. Tracy and team were great. A little disappointed after the fact .. I had originally scheduled a 25 minute scalp massage for $80. I then asked to add a hand scrub in addition. Long story short, somehow the whole thing was still 25 minutes, but I paid full price for both. My total was $130, but no time was added on. Didn't make sense to me. I was especially bummed because the massage itself was great. Loved the facility. I just wish I would not have paid $130 for 25 minutes total. This is two reviews in one: my "deep tissue" massage and the overall spa. 1) The amenities are fantastic. They have extremely comfortable robes, a large spa-like locker room with steam room, and some great cranberry tea made. The table for the massage was heated and very comfortable (although it didn't have a foot/ankle support thing). The sevices are somewhat pricey. 2) The deep tissue massage was embarassing. I scheduled a deep tissue massage, which costs extra over the normal massage. I also asked about focusing on a particular knot in my back. The massage therapist came nowhere close to deep tissue pressure, the pressure being just a little more than a pure relaxation massage. And she didn't spend any extra time on the knot. She actually spent more time massaging other parts of my body rather than the one part I specified. read more

The ultimate spa experience! Warm greetings, easy process to get started, they offer slippers if you want them and provide a locker as well as a very plush robe. Lemon water is available in the relaxation room and after your spa treatment they turn the steam room on for you. You can also use their other facilities. I suggest arriving early (wearing workout clothes & bringing a swimsuit & regular clothes). Workout prior to your massage, get massaged, sit in steam room, then go for a swim! Shower in their clean, stocked showers. There are some with rain heads! They provide combs, hairdryer, spray deodorant (smells great!), as well as hairspray in the women's locker room. Then put on your regular clothes and head out to lunch! You'll definitely feel ridiculously spoiled after visiting this facility. Well worth it! read more

This is a review for 2 services: A sensitive skin facial and a deep tissue massage. The 2 star rating is a combination of service and facility. I was not staying at the hotel but wanted a relaxing day. When booking the appointments, they tell you that there is valet parking and they will stamp your ticket so that it's free. Well when you get there, there is no valet. I circled around the hotel for 20 minutes before some guy from the hotel just told me to park at the handicap spot. So, already a not so zen start. I got there a bit early and wanted to hangout at the hot tub and have cold drink. I was told by the spa front desk that I can use my cellphone and call the bar to order a drink which then they will deliver. When I called, they said I had to go to a website to order it. So I go to the website the guy on the phone gives me, and try to order, well you have to put in where you want it delivered, and no option for hot tub patio! At this point I don't even want a drink. So I go to the relaxation area which was ok, expected more due to how they advertise. Deep tissue: while it was a good massage it was not deep tissue, more like a Swedish. Which would be fine if that is what I wanted. Facial: good but not the best. Probably one of the shortest steam time. Also, it was suppose to be 50 minutes, I was out in 40. After the treatments, when I got to the locker room, some girl was in the shower blasting club music on her phone as she got ready. The music was playing along with the "spa" music which totally ruined the ending. For services that cost so much everything has to work and it needs to be a "total experience" which elevation failed to provide. I could have gotten a better massage and a facial at a small place in town if I wasn't looking for a "spa" experience which I didn't get anyway. You pay for luxury here but you get worse quality than a hole in the wall NYC massage place. They should look to see how something like a wood house runs their business. read more

FILTHY throughout. The gym facility is great, but it's so dirty you won't want to touch anything because it obviously doesn't get cleaned very often. Bring anti-bacterial wipes and you'll be good to go. And maybe wear a swimsuit because the heat is always cranking. The locker room is grubby and beat up---stains on the benches. Inside the lockers is disgusting---obviously never cleaned. read more

After hiking 7 + hrs on Maroon Bells, I was eager to get a massage at Elevation. My therapist, Bri, was fantastic. She knew the anatomy of the body inside and out-- and truly focused on my problem areas, like I had requested. Unfortunately, the spa itself needs some major work. I had issues checking in because the girl at the front desk was swamped, the steam room wasn't working, and the robes were disgusting-- the inside was yellow from sweat and worn out. Went in for a massage and facial. The massage was wonderful. The facial was just okay and supposed to be 50 minutes long but ended up only being 40ish minutes, which was a bummer considering that I was $135! They had a eucalyptus steam room, which was awesome. They only served pretzels and water, which was a little disappointing - was expecting tea and maybe some non-airplanes/healthy snacks. Would go back for a massage if I was staying at the hotel, otherwise there are nice places in town that offer same services for much less. read more

Very disappointed in how a discrepancy regarding massage charges were handled by staff. We had a Living Social deal for discounted spa services so the price was increased. This spa was dirty, however the massages were good. If you go there make sure you confirm the charges before your treatment it cost me $40 more than planned I will never go back and never recommend them. read more
