Molly arrived right on time after a day of skiing, set up in the office area quickly and proceeded to melt my aches (there were many!) away with her very strong, skilled hands. She offered to do some sports stretching with me too and that was a wise choice to make - those stretches were exactly what I needed! The next day on the mountain was great! The snow was magical and my legs glided through the powder with glee :-) Oh and Molly is a super sweet all around nice person! See you next year Molly!

This was the best experience I have had in a resort setting or truly any setting outside my current providers in Florida. She truly is skilled, dedicated and has wonderful energy. I look forward to coming back to Snowmass as always, but she has a grateful client and true fan.

I broke a bone and needed to be seen immediately. I was in Aspen on vacation. I went to my…read moreinsurance company's website to find an in-network doctor. Dr. Pevny was shown as in-network. I called his office and made an appointment with him. When I arrived, I was seen by someone else. I was seen by many people actually. I met Dr. Pevny on my way out of the business. The physicians assistant who saw me is not an in-network provider. I am now expected to pay the entire bill because it is out of network. I have tried since January to resolve this problem with the doctors office and they refuse to call me back. A patient should not be expected to walk around a doctors office and ask everyone who sees them whether or not they are in-network, when the patient made an appointment with the doctor himself and he is listed as in-network on the insurance company website. I have tried for five months to resolve this problem with Dr. Pevny's office. No one has bothered to call me back. On top of this, right after I was seen, I called to request a copy of my x-rays. No one called me back for that either. I do not live in Aspen and I cannot go to this business and resolve this problem in person. For this reason they get two stars. I cannot imagine what would've happened had I needed help from them immediately after visiting the office. I'd still be waiting. How the doctors office treats you is part of the care that you get. If they are not interested in helping their patients you should not do business with them.

Enter Rolfing In Aspen, a Rolfer certified by The Rolf Institute for Structural Integration, Fiona is a natural at helping re-balance the body so it works more efficiently and with ease. She's also a certified massage therapist as well and comes from an interesting background in sports, movement and working in the medical and health world. Anyway, I heard about her from a buddy that was going to have a neck surgery and did not ending up needing it after he completed a Rolfing 10s series with Fiona. I heard that she's busy working with top executives, musicians, dancers, elderly, elite athletes, youth and the like so I was not sure if I'd be able to get in. Left a message and sent a txt and she got back to me that night and we set up a time. After securing an appointment, I made the trip to Aspen and came in to the tidy office with the lower back thing, crappy posture a gammy knee and a forearm burn from the BBQ. She took the time to understand what was going on and told me straight up how she could help but also let me know what I'd need to do and be responsible for. After just one 90 minute session, I was feeling lighter and free of knee and lower back issues I came in with. Also became very aware of the way I had been holding myself and the improvement that's been made. A super bonus is that night I had the best sleep I've had in years. I've now done 7 of the 10 sessions that's recommended and I'm in better balance and health than I've been in years. Many people have also commented that I seem taller and happier, which is how I feel. And that deep tissue laser machine, Fiona also used it to help speed forearm burn healing which now is without a scar. Wellness is what Rolfing in Aspen is all about!

My husband and I felt so well taken care of, once we were set up, Shannon stayed with us to make sure we were feeling good and comfortable. Shannon's energy is beautiful and so supportive. The owner, Lisa came in to chat with us for a bit and connect, was so great getting to know Lisa, loved learning about her passion for wellness, and her medicine of "kindness" was felt thru her whole team and practice.... we felt so welcomed and nurtured at Fusion. Both my husband and I felt amazing after our IV treatment, and it's been not even 24 hours and I feel my immune system has been supercharged!!! Again, I can't recommend Fusion, Lisa, Shannon, and Joanna enough. What a truly incredible experience we had, I will for sure be back to maintain my overall wellness...
