She felt so bad that someone let me walk out of their salon with my nails the way they were. She quickly files them down to what they should have been and completely replaced the two that were about to break. I left very happy with my nails and the color choice they have is amazing. The other salon never showed you what they had. This salon gives you all the swatches so you can choose yourself. I went back a few days later for a nail fix and a pedicure and loved that as well. My only complaint is that the employees are on their phones alot. But it seems to be how they contact customers. Through instagram and Facebook.

When you walk inside the salon it is completely separated into specific sections. Although it makes it seem small I prefer it this way. When you're getting a manicure you don't have to smell hair dye. It suits the space very well. I went to the salon yesterday for a mini manicure. They had every colour of OPI you could ask for. But they also carried a vegan line of beautiful colours- so inclusive! My aesthetician was warm and friendly. She explained everything she was doing with professionalism. She did a lovely job on my very short nails which I know is hard to do. I just had regular nail polish applied. They also carry the OPI gel nail colour line. Where you can have your perfect polish stay on for 2-3 weeks straight. A great option if you'll be traveling or getting married. The price was fair and the service was great. I was truly impressed.

Bonnie did a great job. I have been very pleased with my cut and how it has been growing out since then. I rarely find the time to get a fresh cut, so how it grows out is important to me. The wash before the cut was thorough, she took the time needed to do a great job, and the conversation was pleasant but not too much. I am a quiet person most of the time. I've been here twice and here's why it gets five stars from me: First off, the price. If you're like me, comparing prices is where I usually start when looking for a pedi/ mani. You won't find this kind of price in DT Halifax. Next, cleanliness. This place is kept spotless. When I was there recently for my pedi, the girl was sweeping the floor every 10 minutes. The equipment are sterilized as well. The place feels open and bright, not dingy. Last but not least, friendly staff. I can't say enough good things about my nail artist Tammy. She is skilled and personable. Very good with wax, pedi and nail colours. She chose my nail polish colour for me because she said when my nails grew the colour won't look faded. She's right!

When I discovered they were open on Saturdays I was thrilled. Really liked my most recent visit with Krystal. She understood what I wanted and took the time to cut it. On the one hand it was a simple Bob, on the other hand it was very technical (because both sides had to be symmetrical). She also layered it so my head/ hair doesn't look heavy. Friendly atmosphere.
