The lady who did the cut was named Anita. She was great, fast, knew exactly what we wanted and before we knew it , out the door we went. There is also an esthetician on staff here. Also, don't expect a hand exfoliation, massage or even simple buffing of your nails. What you get is quite basic! Not a great selection of nail polish colours but that depends on individual taste. Friendly staff though and very good pedicures, if you're lucky and got a good tech.

Also very clean and professional. Customer Service - They have more a more devoted customer-base than most hair salons I've been to in the past, and there's a good reason for it. Conclusion - I know this is a shorter review than I normally write, but this place is just fantastic. That's it. Both Jason and Lisa are experienced as heck with all types of hair, and have an expert understanding of current trends. I'm a big fan, can you tell?

I used to go to regular, full price salons. I also decided to grow out the colour in my hair to let…read moremy silver shine. After a beer or two I decided to cut the colour off myself! Luckily, FC had recently opened in Upper Tantallon and Danielle fixed me up. She's been cutting my hair ever since. I didn't think I'd ever go to a FC shop but its clean, stylists are friendly, the shop is clean--no hair all over the place, and, if they're all as good as Danielle, they can cut hair! She is very open to how I like my hair cut. I find it very freeing not having to make a hair appointment and plan my schedule around it. I just call, find out when D is working and show up. Sometimes there's a little wait but you come prepared to do emails or listen to music and then you're up!

I responded, "maybe a bit shorter all over." She rudely replied "well I'm not giving him a second cut!" Um, I thought that's what we were here for? Very strange customer service.
