In…read moreDecember 2024 I had met my deductible and OOP, so my insurance paid 100% of the billed allowable for my hearing aids. My insurance EOB said I owed zero. Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.

I have hearing loss and these "doctors" claimed that Flonase would make me better.i got a second opinion thankfully! I need hearing aides and a MRI so thanks for wasting my time and money.I messaged them today to get my records and it took 2 hours of texting back and forth and 2 faxes to get my records so i could compare them with my second opinion.So if your looking for drs who could give a damn and are completely incompetent look no further then then here. Here are my recommendations for doctors: Dr Kos/Danchak audiologists and Dr Jason Williams ENT they were amazing and I'm thankful there are good doctors left who care about their patients.

They were great the first couple of months and then one stopped working. They sent it off to be repaired and weeks and weeks went by with no answer to where it was. It finally came back and it still didn't work and had to shipped off again, again weeks and weeks of waiting with no answers. This went on for MONTHS!! He needs both hearing aids working to hear anything. Imagine trying to work and not being able to hear what your boss or coworkers are telling you or not being able to have a conversation with your wife and kids? Almost every appt he would have they would call 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appt and cancel it, he would literally get calls as he was pulling in the parking lot. This happened almost every single appt, it's an absolute joke. After a year of not having two hearing aids that functioned they finally offered him a "loaner pair" so that he could at least hear at work and for upcoming family events. But he has been waiting two months for the receivers and guess what? They canceled his appt last week and again this week. How this company hasn't been sued yet is beyond me. We have already filed a complaint with the ADA. Oh, and have fun calling and not EVER getting anyone to answer the phone or if they do you get to sit on hold forever. If you need hearing aids I would highly suggest not using this company, we wish we had know before this never-ending nightmare started.

They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready. I didn't worry one second I know it will be resolved and I would be just fine Thank you so much for continuously providing executive level support!!! Having worked with this store and staff for about 7 months…read morefrom start to finish, I can say that each of the three staff members are a good team and seem to genuinely care about each of their patients and work hard to take care of them, whether it is a routine visit or a problem. Fabiola Carrillo runs a pretty efficient ship when it comes to scheduling, follow-up visits and reminder calls to help avoid missed appts or accomodating changes in schedule. She is also very helpful in the office and saves wait time by assisting with other tasks to get me on my way quickly. My primary specialist is Jacoby Tanner and he does a great job working out all the testing, configuration and calibration tweaking. They worked with my insurance and were able to get me a very high quality device. The office is clean, easy to locate and park at. As an ongoing hearing aid user, I look forward to years of service with this team.
