I know my review is really long... but I wanted it to be thorough and touch on important factors you may be wondering about. Before you spend your hard-earned money, research and read those reviews. They are there to help you make a wise and informed decision. A whole house water system is a financial investment, so you want to make sure you spend your money on something that will do what the seller says it will do. And since you can't test it out in your own home for 30 days... reviews are extremely important. So, here is our experience and my review for the LifeSource whole house water system. It was a pleasure working with Tony Kucherak. Tony is a standup guy, he's a devoted family man who works hard for his family. Tony is very knowledgeable about the whole house water system from LifeSource. He answered all our questions and we felt totally comfortable buying our water system. (you don't feel like you've been taken for a ride, like my first lemon of a car!) We felt it was a great investment in our health... Keep reading. I will explain why! Years ago, we had a reverse osmosis system that you had to fill with salt pellets in the reservoir to help filter out the gross, icky stuff. Those salt pellets were a pain to deal with; the bags were really big, super heavy and I always felt I would fall in the tank... No, really, I did. The tank was waist high and I'm only 5'3". The reservoir was a dark, salty, messy pit! We also had concerns about the salt getting into the pores of our skin and if the water was safe to drink. We wondered what the excess salt in the water was doing to our overall health, if it could cause high blood pressure and what was it doing to our pipes. You had to replace filters, pay for a maintenance service and spend all that money on salt pellets each month. You also felt slimy and gross after your shower! YUK!!! Wait... isn't that why you shower in the first place... to get rid of the cooties from outdoors? So why would you ever invite them in to shower with you? Well, we didn't want that experience anymore. So, we are very glad we found LifeSource. With the Lifesource Water System, there is no salt to buy, none to use, no filters, no maintenance and no slimy, okra juice on your skin! Just clean, fresh tasting water and the system does all the work... so no cooties and unwanted visitors in your shower! Harmful sediments are filtered out through the two tanks. And a bonus is, since it is a WHOLE house water filtration system, you can drink from ANY faucet in your house... YEP! The kitchen & bathroom sinks, pot filler or the tub/shower spigots! You may look very weird drinking from the tub spigots, but you can do it! It is the same filtered water that comes from the fridge! Try it sometime! I also want to talk about Manny, our installer. Manny was the best and did a great job installing our whole house water system from LifeSource Water Systems. He showed up and was clean, efficient, communicative and arrived on time! We are very happy with the quality of service, customer service, the friendliness of the staff and very pleased with how well our whole house water system works... It works so well; we reached out to Tony and bought a second one for our new home in Florence, AZ. Dishes are sparkling clean (no water spots), the water tastes delicious & pure and our body feels clean when we take a shower (not slimy like okra juice), your skin feels good, so good in fact; you may not ever want to get out of the shower! Good thing there are two of them in our house! An added health bonus is my husband suffers from dry skin and eczema on his scalp. This water system has helped greatly with both problems. Another benefit is he has a lot less scaly and flaking from his scalp, it is less irritated, and his skin feels better. This is amazing, because he has suffered for years! We feel good, that there are no harmful chemicals on our skin, and the water rinses the shampoo out his hair better. This is because you need to use less of it. When you wash clothes, you can also use less detergent as well, because the water itself is cleaner, and it cleans the clothes better. I have nothing but "GREAT" to say about this company! I was first introduced to Jeramy at a home show, when I stopped by to ask about replacing a water conditioning system at my new home. He was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He suggested that I check out other systems first to make sure that I was getting what I needed and wanted. He did NOT pressure me in any way (which was NOT the case for the other water folks at the show.) He had told me I didn't need the big unit after we talked about my lifestyle and water usage. He did not try to sell me a more expensive or unnecessary system. Her any appeared to be a responsible and honest person. About a month later I called the office to speak to him. They were polite and offered to take a message. I pulled out Jeramy's business card and gave him a call. He came to my house and we went over everything from what was needed for the insulation, who would be doing it, questions I had, as well as the background of the company, filtration process and conditioning component of the system. My system was installed a couple of days later. It's been about a month now. 1. My water is clear to sight. 2. My plants no longer need distilled water to thrive. 3.I am drinking more water than I ever have before, and the "kicker" is (Wait for it...) It actually tastes GOOD. 4. The dark rings in the toilet have faded away...as well as hard water deposits on the faucets and sinks and showers. 5. My food and drinks made with water actually taste better. 6. My hair and skin feels better (better fluid intake vs better water, or maybe both.) 7. Clothes are softer and cleaner with less detergent needed. ( Plus others that aren't in my little pea brain at this moment.) I compared Life Source with the other companies that offer similar services. With the others: I did not get a 24 access to the person who I talked to with, I was pressured to decide if I wanted the system immediately, there was maintainence that I would need to do either monthly or yearly, there was only a 5 year warranty (15 with Life Source), and there were very few certifications. I must say, that as far as being responsible and honest, Jeramy did NOT disappoint me. He followed up with the install, and has returned the calls I have placed quickly since. I have had NO problems with the system, just had a question or two. He has remained consistently honest, and helpful. It is because of the great costumer service and honesty of how he represented himself and the company that I signed up with Life Source. I am glad I did. All in all , I gave Life Source 5 stars. I entered a request for a quote on the Lifesource water website. Jeremy Stout called me back and thoroughly explained the differences of the systems I was looking at. I didn't want salt as I haven't heard too many good things about salt systems. Pelican, Kinetico, and Nuvo were my top 3 before reading about this system. It has the best warranty. It offered better quality and no maintenance, no filters. Jeremy took the time to explain to me the differences and told me about the times he's replaced the systems I was shopping for as well. This system was pricier than Pelican and Pelican is the better of the other two (Kinetico and Nuvo) but not better than Lifesource. Jeremy was to the point, honest, and didn't try to over sell me. I like buying quality and not have to worry about buying something expensive twice. Due to the stress free, filter cartridge free, and great warranty, I chose this system. I've had it installed for a week and can tell a huge difference in my water through the house. It cleans off really easy and doesn't bead up. The showers are very nice and feel the water more pure and soft. No pun intended. The install took a few hours. The plumber was very thorough to make sure the system was running as it should. If you're looking for a system, I recommend saltless, period! But if you want something that has a history of being great, great quality, great warranty, piece of mind and no maintenance. First of all I like to say this is a great system but I definitely got the bait and switch from the time we first talked to mr. Fletcher Sams to the installation. The salesman came out to the house looked over everything told me exactly how Much it would be put in and it was even better than that then he told me that the system would be $3500 because his boss was gonna lower the rate and the cost and give me a good deal. He emailed me a photograph of the system with all the information about it but when you showed up to collect the check and schedule installation he told me in the system that I was looking at was 7500 One part of me want to stop the whole transaction right there but I went ahead with it I still feel he should have not told me it would be the top system and then sold me a lesser. After posting this review I was contacted by Fletcher Sams and he told me that was not the way do business and that he would like to discuss ways to make me a happy customer as in every story there's always two sides and I will take my responsibility of everything in writing there could've been a communication error on both sides but the fact that they did make me a happy customer in the end tells a lot about this company, I don't feel now that it was a bait and switch and I will give them five stars for their product and more if I could for their customer service are. read more

We purchased this system because I have used the salt crystal water softener in the past and it is horrible. If you can't water your plants with the 'softened' water, can you imagine what it's doing to your insides? Salt is especially bad for your kidneys. Salt and calcium = kidney stones!!! Horrible. Although we haven't really had a chance to try out the new LifeSource Water System, as it was just installed today, I have to tell you that the representatives we have dealt with have been fabulous! Alan Bell was the sales rep who came to the house and sold the system to us. We really appreciated his patience with all of our questions and concerns. BUT THE TOPPER TO US were Danny and Ian, the installers. They were here on time this morning and worked very, very hard in this heat. They walked us through the various options of installation and did a Really Wonderful Job! They were clean and respectful of our home and garage and the job looks very professional. They really cleaned up after themselves and had everything completed and ready to show us how it works. They explained all of the mechanisms to us carefully. I've had ongoing issues with my previous whole house water purification system, which required increasing maintenance that was difficult for me to do. I was anxious about our water quality. When I saw an ad for Lifesource in a home mag I get every month, it looked like the answer to my situation. The sales rep, Brian Nako, was professional and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions throughout the process. If he said he'd check on something and get back to me, he did. The installers were very skilled and professional. They used high quality copper piping. They were attentive to making it look good as well and followed my requests concerning placement. They went over the system with me. This system takes care of itself. I only have to replace the filter every two years and it is easy to do. I waited to write this review until after I took in a water sample to a lab for testing. I've used this lab several times. They call within 24 hours if there is a problem and I haven't heard from them! I'll get the full report in a few more days. Our water softener broke and after learning how bad a softener is for the the environment and for our health we decided to look into whole house filtration systems. We talked to 4 companies and LifeSource Water Systems was the winner. We are so happy with Dale, the LifeSource sales representative that we worked with as well as the installers Adam and Leo. All three show LifeSource Water systems in an excellent light. We found Dale honest and straightforward. He answered all of our questions and was patient with us changing our minds one way than another! He helped us get the system we really wanted. Adam and Leo came on our install day and got right to work. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. We had a terrific experience with sales representative Ryan McGill & LifeSource water Systems. I had many concerns & questions which I constantly bugged Ryan about, either by text or phone calls to him. He was very patient with me & was always available to answer my questions. We checked into 3 other water systems but didn't like the idea of having to add RO water for drinking & changing filters & adding plumbing under my sink. I've been drinking bottle water delivered to our home since the 70's & was really concerned about drinking tap water. After much research & many questions to Ryan, we decided to go with LifeSource water systems. We had it installed Feb. 25 and so far we like it. I love showering without chlorine & notice a big difference in my hair. My wine glasses come out sparkling without being etched. We like the taste of the water & I have gotten over my fear of drinking tap water. We constantly test the water to make sure it's good. The installation was good as well. I did my research on life source and decided i wanted to talk to a sales rep. I requested a contact. Kevin returned my call. He answered all of my phone questions . We then had a home presentation. He was ON TIME. Once again all of our questions were answered. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy. We purchased the Eltie package. They called with an install date. Two weeks earlier than we expected. Our install tech was Danny. 1. Great communication. 2. ON TIME. 3. Personally , Clean and neatly dressed. 4. Absolutely professional, Zero profanity language. We talked about the install and he got to work. He cleaned up at the end of the install . Garage was spotless. He explained in clear terms the operation of the unit. And made sure all of our needs were met before leaving. Kevin came during the install to make sure everything was going well. And followed up afterward. We had our system installed last week and are very pleased with the process from start to finish. First, our consultant Kevin S. came by our house and educated us on our options and helped us choose the system that would fit our needs and scheduled installation so that all of our water faucets including the hose bibs outside would have water that was treated by the Lifesource system(hoping to extend the life of water pumps for our pool and misting systems, while also hopefully cutting down on the hard water deposits that have accumulated on our courtyard fountain.) The day of installation, our installers Adam and Ian arrived early and were friendly, courteous and answered all of our questions. The installation was done fairly quickly and they left the garage and entry site to the attic cleaner than it was when they arrived! Daniel was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and kept me updated during the install process. He explained various things involving my new home water filtration unit. I'm glad they were able to get me scheduled much sooner than originally scheduled. It would have been in the second week of August. But they got me the last week of July I've been buying bottled water and anxious to have my whole home water filter system. They also disconnected the water softener. Daniel explained the how long it will take and that hot water will take a little longer due to the tank but after that it's going to be fileted. He also explained the warranty and how long it would be before I'd have to replace the tank. One was 5 years and the other was 10. I'm very happy.
