Life4Cuts has really expanded throughout Southern California and probably beyond. My Korean friend told me there are 3 photobooths on every block in Korea. How exciting! If you've been to a Life4Cuts, you'll see that they are self-served. No staff on site. Props are as organized as other patrons leave it. This location didn't have as many props as other locations. This location has 5 rooms. There is a blue, purple, pink and baby pink backdrop. And most intriguing a high angle room, probably good for large groups. It was occupied when I came, or else I would be interested in trying it. For $8, you get 2 1x4 strip, with the option to add a QR code to scan. You can pick which frame you'd like. There was a good selection of frames to choose from, and some seasonal ones too. I really like these machines because if you super mess up, they allow once complimentary retake. I had such a fun time at Life4Cuts. I spent about ~30 minutes trying to get some props and waiting in line for a room. It does go by pretty fast but it did get really crowded. One thing I didn't like was that a lot of the hats looked worn out and old. And most of them had makeup! It definitely caused a concern of bacteria issues. I hope they replace some of the props or at least wash them. The price for two print copies is $10 which is pretty affordable. A price above that with basic dirty props would not make sense. Having visited several times, it's a fun spot to get photo booth printouts on nice stock- with plenty of props and fun hats to enhance those photos. Lines can get quite long (hello Gen Z) but it is efficient and they have multiple booths available. Aside from the booths, they recently added a karaoke booth which seats up to 4 people and is a lot of fun. The staff do work relentlessly to clean the common area which is much appreciated. We were hoping to get some cute photo strips with Zerobaseone but didn't realize the selection was so little, mostly SM Entertainment artists along with random collaborations. Prints start at $8 which is cheaper than Photoism but the quality wasn't as good in my opinion. They do offer stations to touch up your hair or makeup which I enjoyed but overall didn't wow me too much with the props. Before you go into the photobooth , there are lots of props you can pick from and mirrors to touch up your look before going in. Their replies were decently timely but they issued three coupons for $10 each as compensation which I accepted, they were supposed to be valid until a certain date. I went before they expired and entered on kiosk coupon code, come to find out the coupon doesn't exist and basically they just took my money, lied about the store credit, and ended up scamming me twice. This place is so CUTE! Went here with a friend for a girls day and had such a blast. They have 5 different booths you can take photos from and each booth has a different wall color. There are plenty of accessories you can choose from, as well as hair tools and mirrors if you need to touch up your look before getting in the booth. There's an attendant on-site that helps tidy the place and assist customers, but the booths are self-explanatory and easy to navigate! We ended up taking pics in 4 out of the 5 booths since it was less crowded, but I can imagine this place fills up on higher mall attendance. We had a lot of fun and would definitely come back! The price was 6$ for two vertical pictures, you can get more for a little extra--horizontal was 10$ for two. They have the high angle Photo Booth, which is a little more expensive! They have Dyson hairdryers ready to use and lots of cute headbands! It's self serve and you can get the video with the QR code! When you get to the first floor from the escalator, walk straight ahead till you reach the wall and make a right towards the pink wall with LIFE4CUTS and a right arrow. There's 6 photo booths in total. Waited outside on a red carpet until a man let us in. Plenty of props to choose from with my favorites being bt21. There are mirrors and hair tools to fix yourself up if needed. There's no time limit once you're inside the booth. There are stools so everybody can get in frame. The decal frames for the photos are very cute. There's a hall of fame outside with other photo strips if you want pose ideas. On the way out there's a tray with photo sleeves for your photos. The prices weren't bad. I wish for the 4 frame photo strip that you could get an odd number of copies too. read more

I've been to Life4Cuts multiple times for the Love and Deepspace collabs, and usually there isn't a person attending to the shop. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a worker there and William made sure everyone had a good time. It was pretty crowded on the day my friend and I went, but William made sure the shop wasn't packed to the brim and organized the place very well. I love that the shop has a wide variety of photo props and backdrops to choose from so you can take so.many fun photos. Definitely would swing by again! read more

Quality photo strips! Great place to take your friends, family; and significant other to take cute photos for memories. They have accessories and props to elevate your photos such as BTS plushies, colorful sunnies, Mickey ears, bows, and animal headbands. If you need to fix your hair they have two Dyson hair dryer. They have five rooms to pick from. Each room has a different wall color (purple, pale pink, hot pink, light blue, and navy). Depending if you want a photo strip or post card style the price varies ($6 Vs $8) respectively. Then you have the option to pick the the photo frame. I personally love the solid colors like the white or black. After selecting the photo frame, you can decide how many photos you want. It can range from 4-8 cuts, but I could be wrong. Pro tip: select the QR code option so you can have a digital copy and video!! Finally you select if you want to take your own photos with a clicker (80 seconds to take 8 photos) or automatically where there is a ten second counter for 8 photos. Please, please consider changing the line up system when busy, especially when every booth has 2+ parties waiting. Our most recent trip, when we got to the front of line for our booth, the party inside had absolutely no social awareness. We stood at the front of the booth for 20 minutes as we watched countless other groups around us stream in & out of their booths. We couldn't cut to go to other booths because it was very busy that day with multiple parties waiting patiently at every other booth. Granted, this is a rare occurrence, and the typical customer will have the courtesy to not take too long as others are patiently waiting. But it was so incredibly frustrating standing for our booth seeing people who came in 15 minutes after us walk right into their booths before us. It came as no surprise that the young girl inside our booth walked out after 20+ minutes with more than 10 sets of photos, oblivious to all of us waiting for her. Thank you very much the two girls who were working for being so polite while I was fuming. I apologize for showing frustrations, and you both handled the situation the best that you could. I understand that you legally cannot ask customers to leave booths & we appreciated you offering a free session. The reason for this review is, when it's busy, maybe implement a line up system inside where the first person in line can choose the next booth that opens up. If that booth is not the one they want, then forgo your spot to the next person in line. This way a situation where you have a few parties suffering because of a rude customer doesn't have to happen. read more

Not the best first experience here, my niece was so excited to bring me to Life4Cuts because it's one of her favorite stops at the source. It was lots of fun to pick out our looks for our pictures with many graphic selections however there was a technical issue with the printing in the pictures that we took which I thought with a little employee assistance, we would be able to retake the photos that I paid $10 for. The gentleman that was working, said he was by himself and that he could not help and that I would have to scan a QR code to speak with his manager about a refund. I just wanted to retake the photos. I did not wanna refund he said there was nothing he could do for me. This is not good customer service I paid $10 for that no picture of me in the picture. So am I a happy customer not at all. I truly enjoy coming to this place, as the first time I was introduced to it was in the Philippines, where interestingly enough they had better organization and actually had staff close by. If you're new, just know that during the weekends the line can be long just to go inside, and then you'd have to wait for a booth (which you can choose depending on the background color). I chose a Photobooth and they were taking so long. I must have waited at least 20min, and I felt like at some parts they were just taking pictures with their phones and not the actual booth. There needs to be better organization and staff to regulate. I asked this girl if she's able to let the group know they are taking long, but she told me as a staff member she has to wait 30min before she can kick them out. Really? I should've chosen the booth next to me because at least 2-3 groups came out before I could go into the one I chose. It's $6 for 2 print outs/4 poses. I'd recommend the clicker instead of the self timer. Basic designs but they have some backgrounds that you can select to take with Kpop groups. Follow the pink wall to find this place. Tip: click the box where you are able to get a QR code on your print out. You will be able to download the pictures and a video on your phone. read more

This photo booth experience was the cutest thing! Life4Cuts is located at The Source OC. It's on a corner space which isn't too difficult to find since there are walls that direct you to where they are - look for the pink walls! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and was met with no line. There was a person helping guests get checked in and acquainted with the process, which was nice because we were new to Life4Cuts. The process: - There are different photo booths with different colored backgrounds. The background of each booth is indicated by the signage outside of the booth. - You choose your props outside. There's various animal hats, fun festive headbands, sunglasses, and more. Everything is pretty much on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there's about 4 (?) of each item available. - Step inside your booth, select the photo strip template you'd like to use, pay for your photos, and start snapping some photos! - There's lots of mirrors around and a hair dryer available if you want to do any touch ups! We paid $6 for two photo strips and it was a fun experience. As we were leaving, a line quickly started to form. Waits can be long as mentioned by previous reviews but it goes by pretty quickly. My main suggestion would be to make sure things are cleaned/sanitized regularly, the animal hat we used had some makeup residue on it. Otherwise, it was fun and I'd recommend visiting! read more

So fun! Life4Cuts is a korean styled photo strip studio with lots of props and space for you to get ready. I admit that I walked around in a circle before I realized that the pink walls would guide my way. We waited about 10 minutes or so outside before my group of 4 went in. When I went, they had some photo strip templates featuring members of Seventeen for all my CARATs out there! I opted not to use the accessories because I wasn't sure how often they get cleaned. Once inside, you can choose from 5 different booths that have different background colors. Aside from that, there's no difference between booths. They cost between $6-$8. My friends and I paid $6 to receive two copies of our photo strip! Something I absolutely loved was that you can get a QR code and get a video of your group panicking to get in position for each picture. I'll definitely come back! This place thankfully had no line on a Sunday night after dinner. The front is lined with tons of shelves of cute props to add to your photos. Each booth comes with a coat hanger and a bench to organize your props to quickly switch between pictures. You get to choose the layout of your pictures and each time you will get 8 pictures to pick from for your final strip. On a Sunday it was pretty quiet and I didn't really see any staff but the set up was really self explanatory. We had tons of fun and made for a cute experience together!
