I got fitted and customized the uniform to how it would most blend in with our current uniforms. About three months later, it arrived. Outstanding quality and very practical. My coworkers thought I was nuts for spending $400+ on a uniform but it was well worth it. I dont remember if I got the winter or summer weight jumpsuit but the material is not as heavy as it looks. It is perfect, I dont sweat in it but I'm not cold. The pockets are great, only uniform that can fit my huge smart phone. It could stand to be a tiny bit more snug but not a huge deal. I would recommend getting fitted in person at the store but if that's not possible, you can always mail in your measurements.

A week later when I bright my XSM pants back to exchange I was greeted at the door by a man who grabbed my bag out of my hands and ran off with it. He stated "what is wrong with these" I informed them that they were too small. He said "well of course, they are extra small". I thought nothing of it and picked out two pairs of pants to excahnge for my one pair of pants and shirt, planning to pay the difference. When I approached the cash register the man stated "no it doesn't work that way" . I informed him that I realized that I could not exchange the shirt for the pants and I would gladly pay the difference. He stated "no when did you purchase these?" I said a week ago. He stated you only have 3 days to return them. I said does it say that on the receipt, because that is not what I was told? I then pulled out my phone and started looking for my emailed receipt and he stated "Look at me put down your phone". I was appalled and said excuse me, you cannot talk to me like that. At that point the "owner" started escalating. I then being a small women decided to grab my original purchase and leave the shop as I was alone with the much larger man escalating in a shop with no one around. It is no wonder why this establishment is empty. The way I was treated and talked down too was unacceptable for an everyday interaction not to mention an owner of an establishment that is try to earn my business. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store.

He then told me I really can't buy to much from there because they sell to security and officers. I could have spent and was going to spend an easy 100$ -$200 worth of stuff but since I was profiled as some girl just looking around I'll take business elsewhere. Be aware to bring your accreditation or guard card he was pretty shocked when I told him finally since he never asked if I was looking for anything or if I worked in the field. I could have purchased a few things for shooting or tactical or just in general needs I have for work. Sucks I was looking forward to coming here all week and even told a few officer friends about the place they didn't even know was there. Now I will provide all my feedback. So ladies if you enter this store don't look girly go more butchy and maybe you will not get overlooked like me. Note to company. I was really disappointed leaving your store today. When I replied in the negative, I was told they could not help me. The guy behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask until I walked in, if that matters to anyone, and as soon as he said he couldn't help me, went back to whatever he was doing on his computer. So, unless you are military or law enforcement or security with credentials, you are not allowed to even make it past the front door and look around. Had I known this, I wouldn't have driven a half hour to be immediately dismissed upon entry. The information on this Yelp page should probably be changed to reflect this policy.
