Our department had a few logistical problems, but a lot of that had to do with our own communication issues, not BratWear's! I've worn their uniforms at two other departments, starting in the late 90's...in fact, I still use two undershirts that I got for police mountain bike patrol in 2000!
Their uniforms have made a huge difference in our community's positive perception of our department, and have helped give the public a symbol to associate with our recent vast improvements in training and capabilities. Bratwear's designers helped us with a revised patch and badge, and had great recommendations for the overall 'look' we were going for.
Bratwear's uniform shirts and jackets last a long, long time and are well worth the pricetag. You do get what you pay for. When I came to this department and decided to switch uniforms...the other companies just couldn't compare.
Any problems that arose (which can happen, when you're switching over an entire department) were identified and dealt with by BratWear...they're much more concerned with getting it right than with the bottom line. It's great to deal with a local company, rather than some mega-conglomerate, too.
A quick example: we needed some new, long sleeve shirts for an important presentation...we put the request in on Thursday...had em by Monday. Most orders go in the que, but if something major comes up...pretty impressive!!
Sally and the troops at Bratwear are the people you want to work with.
