I recently left this gym after being a member for almost 2 years. The pros: Large space with little to no wait time for the machines or weights you want to use. I found the gym to be pretty clean and offers all the amenities and classes one could want The cons: Over the course of the last year I was a member, the shift from adults to teens (and younger) utilizing the machines was pretty annoying. I went around 4pm so I would often have to wait until a small group of 13-15 year olds were done "using" the machines. It was annoying to me that they were allowed to use all of the equipment and take it up to socialize unsupervised. Another downside was the trainers. I found one that was awesome, but unfortunately I found the rest of them to be unfriendly and walked around with scowls on their faces. Gym is big and has lot to offer, but lifetime can't provide service what it used to be. This gym used to be a great place to work out. Very dirty (cockroach and mice problem)...Once I put my jacket on and there was a cockroach :( Staff is rude. People catch bacterial infection on weekly basis. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about signing up for this gym. My friend and I signed up a little over two months ago and have been having nothing but issues since we signed up. When we signed up, we went in together and they signed us up on the couples plan and forged our address so we can get the couples rate. No problem, I'm all about saving money. Then they said we would each get 4 guest passes each and a free 1 hour training session each as my buddy has different goals in working out than I do as he has medical conditions to where he can't go all out like I can. They said we would be able to accomplish what we were looking for in the hour of training and familiarizing us with the gym equipment. Here is where it goes downhill. My buddy showed up for his hour of training and sat in an office with Vicky. They never did any type of actual training, it was all a ploy to sale more stuff. My friend has a nutritionist and a personal trainer and told Vicky that he didn't want either but would love to try the active and resting metabolic classes. They sold him a package for $120 a month to meet with the trainer for the class once a month. He went one month and the trainer after the class said "see you in January!" And my buddy was like, I thought this was a once a month type thing. The trainer flat out said he was lied to. Now after only having two months in with them, we are out $600 dollars and they forged another document which my friend has a picture of the contract before it was forged with another dollar amount on it for $240 instead of $120 on top of our general membership fee. We have tried talking to the general manager to get this resolved and we can never talk to him. It is always Vicky, who is what I think the training manager. Vicky told us they would reverse the charges but had to talk to the GM first and issue instore credit cause they can't credit months of the gym and that they had already paid the trainers. Another ploy to not give us our money back but to have to buy useless stuff from their gym that we don't want. Well today we get a call back and was told the GM won't reverse any of the charges! Not sure how other lifetime gyms are but this one is definitely scheming and ripping people off. When we called Chase to dispute the charges, they stated "lifetime fitness is the gym that comes up the most for people disputing charges!" read more

I have never belonged to a gym before, but I can't imagine anything could be better than Lifetime. First of all, the facility is amazing. Second biggest gym in the country is I think what the guy said? Something like that. I am on an individual plan for $60 a month. This gets you everything. Full 24 hour access to the gym and all its amenities, classes that they offer, EVERYTHING. It's awesome. I joined Lifetime because I was going to CorePower yoga, and at $14 a class it was getting a little expensive. I had wanted to join a gym for a long time, and found Lifetime, where I could not only do my yoga for free (classes that aren't workshops or otherwise specially noted are included in your monthly membership) but I could also explore any of the other classes they had to offer. Cycling, zumba, aerobics, any group fitness class. Pilates is a bit extra but who needs pilates when you have all that? So I figured, if I go at least once a week, my membership will pay for itself. Oh and bonus... all the yoga instructors are CorePower certified. I'm getting the same class. For a better value. The only thing Lifetime pretty much doesn't have is a track, but that's forgivable with all the other great things they offer. Basketball courts, turf field, racquetball courts, kickboxing, amazing fitness equipment, great group fitness rooms, secluded yoga area, amazing pool, god I could go on and on. Lifetime also has a full service spa, but their locker rooms look like a resort so it's hard to tell the difference. Seriously... dry sauna and aromatherapy steam room in each. When you sign up you get a complimentary fitness assessment... which you get another free one every three months. It's an hour long session with a personal trainer. You don't get a work out in but they assess your fitness level in ways that you wouldn't be able to do yourself. Well I suppose you could, but it's free so love it. Anyways, Lifetime is really there to please you. I no longer feel intimidated at the gym. If you need help with a weight machine, any of the personal trainers you can find available on the floor would be happy to help you. The environment is non threatening. I've seen housewives and bodybuilders at this gym. People of all fitness levels. Whether you can barely run half a mile or run ten at 14% incline, it doesn't matter. Lifetime has something for everyone. Couldn't be happier. read more

Overall a good gym has everything you need, prices are good, kids club is great 3 hours free childcare with your memberships most other places like equinox or club greenwood charge for childcare in addition to monthly bill. I mainly cycle and do yoga aside from some free weight, the yoga studio is nice teachers are ok. The cycling studio is fine except there are numerous very strong cold fans blowing forcefully and it's really cold and I'm one who cycles rigorously and really sweats but it's still cold overall I'm not used to cold blazing fans especially early in start of cardio for example in equinox where I used to go gas are off till the end of the class which makes sense the real downside are the locker rooms which are ok but there's no hot tub in the locker room and the showers are kind of dirty always have hair everywhere and locker room is cold. If it wasn't for that I would give 4 stars. read more

I can't think of anything more I could want in a gym. Its worth the cost, so ignore those complaining about that. I was paying more in California and LoHi, Denver for far less. This place is ENORMOUS with 2 indoor pools, indor basketball courts, indoor soccer field, racketball, many indoor tennis courts. There are so many workout stations, classes, and loads of cardio equipment. The Dr and I take the baby to the childcare. I think it's $20/month for her to use the childcare for an hour each day.That's a pretty awsome deal. I paid by the hour at Gold's in Cali. The facilities are clean, organized and well staffed. The infant room is full of equipment for the little ones. There is tons of room for the larger kiddos including a computer lab and activity room (looks like an art studio for kids). The only issue with this facility is this ONE couple that we see regularly. They put their towel and water bottle on a station then spend 30 minutes stretching and rubbing eachother. Many times they take the last squat stations and confront anyone that wants to use them (not knowing the two idiots over there rubbing eachother have claimed them). Sigh... I wish there was a code for this but I imagine I'll just let them know how inconsiderate they are eventually when it effects me.... ok I vented. I love this gym read more

I Iove Lifetime Fitness for a good number of reasons. I have been a member since 2017. It's not only a sports center but a life style for me and my family. It have the best trainers, staff and facilities where you can enjoy fitness classes, programs, most up to date workout equipments, pilates, yoga, boxing, indoor rock climbing, basketball and a huge indoor soccer field. My family and I also enjoy both indoor/outdoor pools, as well as relaxing in the sauna and the steam bath. Besides you can get excellent care in the Spa while your kids enjoy very well equipped and staffed kid center. And I'd like to mention all kids realated programs available, including fall, spring and summer camps, swimming and tennis classes, parents night out days and birthday parties. Went to Lifetime for a few months for the pool and yoga. Multiple staff members were just generally rude and not friendly. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for any little question at the front desk. I had to go in person to cancel/put membership on hold which is ridiculous. Why can't we do it online or via phone ? This was during a time where covid was a big deal and it was tough for me to get childcare so had to lug my young kids in just to cancel/hold membership. Never got phone calls back when inquiring about swim lessons. Was charged a hold fee for 3 months and was not communicated this would be happening. Thought I was cancelling. You should send a reminder email like most subscription services do before any charge. Wouldn't refund it. Ridiculous. Overall a very bad experience and the classes are not worth the poor customer service. I'll go somewhere else where my business is appreciated or workout at home. read more

I have been to other lifetime gyms and this one is the best price for the money. Which is about 60 bucks for a single guy. I like that the workout equipment was new and varied. This allows me to keep up with keeping my muscles confused so I get better workouts. There was always a trainer around to ask basic questions. Trainers are a bit better but they didn't do a great job at checking my fat to muscle ratio pinch tests. I have those done in two other gyms and I find that theirs is lacking. I like the idea of finding the aerobic an anaerobic testing so you can do proper work outs. I also like that I can walk in and get totally sweaty for a very hard work out and get cleaned up before I go back home. Special note, if the wet sauna is ever broken or feels too hot this is due to members pouring cold water on the temperature sensors. I been to Lifetime diamond and gold gyms and I got to tell you I don't see the difference other than a diamond gym is twice as much and frankly when compared to this gym... The gold member gyms are a better bang for the buck. Oh I love the fact that after a heavy muscle building session I can walk over to the cafe and get a proper meal to replenish my body with the 20 minute time frame. I LOVE THIS CLUB!!! I have never been treated so well in my life - EVER!! If LTF was a woman I would marry her! The staff are so friendly, from the people who greet you as you walk in to the recruiters to the trainers who wander through the gym, everyone smiles and has a kind word or greeting. I have been attending the free fitness classes every day, so I have had a chance to work out with a number of different instructors. Denise is the best, she is a great motivator, has the best music and is so happy and cheery you just can't help but smile as she's kicking your ass. The main purpose for this update however is Vicky. She is one of the personal trainers and assistant department head. Vicky did my initial fitness assesment, and in the three weeks since I joined has always been available to help me. Her plan has helped me drop 5 pounds so far. But here's the kicker: She knows my funds are limited, and has arranged for some comped sessions with a dietician and a yoga instructor to help me with my goals. I have some serious health issues that prompted me to join a club, and I shared these with her. I am very comfortable discussing things with her, and she is honest and sympathetic and kind. The amount of customer service she has shown me surpasses anything I could possibly imagine! I spend half my day at this club, and I love being here. The other members are friendly too, and I've made a couple of friends that I see in classes. This place really is great, and the fact that everybody who works here or is a member is so happy and friendly proves it. I highly recommend this club. You could easily spend half a day here every day and be happy. I love this gym! The staff is so friendly and it has a great vibe. There is always someone easy to find if you have a questions. They have a great selection of classes, a huge cardo workout area, and a fabulous indoor and outdoor pool. There is an Life Cafe which has healthy meals (smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, salads, burritos, garden burgers, pizza, etc) with lots of no starch or Whole Wheat options, and nothing has sugar in it (except the Mocha Smoothie). Their kids meals are only $3 and come with Whole Wheat options (sandwich, pizza, etc) with baked chips, fruit and a organic milk. There is also the Life Spa which I haven't used but it has all the regular spa treatments, plus medi-spa treatments, hair cuts, massage, etc. The child care is fabulous. It's open long hours (8am-8pm I think) and the kids get exercise in there too. They have free (with your membership) classes they will take your kids to (Yoga, Rock CLimbing, Sports, etc) while you work out! You can leave your kids in there for 2 hours a day, or 3 hours if you are using the spa. I have nothing bad to say about this place, other than I wish they had more open swim hours in the indoor pool. read more

Compared to other gyms in the area, Lifetime is a great gym. However, it could be cleaner and this is the third time there has been no toilet paper in the bathroom stall. I actually check for toilet paper now. The bathrooms are dirty especially the floors. For how much the monthly fees are I feel more could be done for general cleanliness of machines and bathrooms. Guest passes are $20! Seems ridiculous to charge that much for 1 use. read more

We've only been a member of the gym for about a week, but so far it's been a pretty good experience. I agree with some of the earlier reviews that the salesmen are a little sleazy, so we joined online (bypass all the sales talk) and we got a small discount because one of our friends is an employee there. The gym has an amazing amount of equipment. We haven't had a problem finding free equipment to use. And the pool always has laps open for swimming which is great! Having a cafe in the gym is also amazing. Today we did a long run and bike and wanted to swim as well, but we were feeling a little drained, so we took a break and got a smoothie. And then after the smoothie we had no problem swimming for another 30 minutes! I can't wait to try to classes and the rock climbing wall! read more

It is beautiful, clean, the staff is super friendly, and I was treated with such respect. I have yet to come here to actually workout (came to look around and get my hair done). We just celebrated my daughter's birthday party here and it was AWESOME! Chastity made everything so easy. She sets everything up on your behalf, including table decorations, balloons, ordering pizza, drinks, etc. All we needed to bring was cake and candles. The kids had a ton of fun on the Rock Wall, and Chastity and Vicky stay the whole time and help with everything. They even took amazing pictures throughout the party and had emailed them to me within a couple hours. If you are looking for a fun party that your kids will love, this is the way to go. We've been members at Lifetime Fitness Centennial since the day they opened in December 2010 after switching from a nearby health club and now saving us over $$ a month. We are extremely pleased with the facilities, the administration, employees, and the amenities that they offer. Upon arriving each day, we are welcomed by smiling staff who greet us by our first name. My husband enjoys working on the free weights and cardio machines, and the equipment is well maintained by the on-site mechanics (Bill and Nate). I enjoy the motivating and energetic group fitness classes with Kim, Heidi, Stephanie, Carrissa, Blair, Chalyce, Alex, Buji, Christy, and their amazing Group Instructor Joe Alvarado. Each of these instructors bring their "A game" to the class and sometimes will share a healthy recipe, sing along with the music, tell a joke, share a personal motivating story, and they always provide great modifications so that everyone feels included and successful. Not only are their group classes invigorating, their Lifespa also has some amazing services as well, with facials (Lynn and Katie), and hair stylists (Danica and Grace). If you need any special product recommendations, Christy/Lifespa Manager or Emily can assist you. After a workout, we frequently enjoy the Lifecafe managed by Jessica and Sarah, who will customize, if needed, a healthy snack, shake, or meal to enjoy in the café or to go. The personal trainers (Vicky, Liz, Kristen, Kevin, Joseph, etc.) are available to answer questions about specific exercises or to show you how to use the equipment, in addition to their 1:1 services for training and/or nutrition. The locker rooms are very clean and well maintained by the Operations staff and monitored closely for any assistance. Finally, we know there are many other health club options in the area, however, we continue to enjoy our workouts at Lifetime Fitness Centennial because it is managed well by Dan and his staff, and we have made many friends at Lifetime during the past 10 years. read more

Lifetime is by far the best workout club in town. My entire family utilizes the facility. My kids love hoops with coach Jazz. I love the group fitness classes with Carissa, Heidi, Becky and Stephanie. Haven't been in a class I didn't like, and the weight training is changing fitness level. Really nice gym with an assortment of amenities. Really nice locker rooms, pools, spas. Weight / cardio was average for the size of this location. They offer daycare and fitness classes. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the price. It was going to be around $150 for my wife and I to join plus initial sign up fees. That is pretty expensive for two people. We also live about 30 minutes away so it was not practical for us to join. Salesman was friendly and non-pushy. read more

I'm very disappointed, I switched from the UFC gym a month ago. I was told I would be able to use the MMA bags and equipment and now they have locked that room. They also said when it opens that if I want to just go in to use the punching bag it's an additional charge on my account. The customer service is not great about getting back to me about this issue. I really just want to have a gym where I can work out and use a punching bag. It's frustrating that I can't even talk with management about it. I'm truly thinking about canceling my membership. Lifetime is a fantastic gym. Overall the facility is very well maintained and the trainers are AMAZING. I would highly recommend training with Zac, if you want to see real results! My 1-star review is based on the Guest service managers lack of concern for the safety of the club's members. Another member groped me in the steam room and I filed a incident report with the front desk. The guest service manager decided not to suspend the other guy's membership creating a unsafe environment for me as well as the other members. Canceling my membership was a bit complicated, however I was refunded for my entire month. But still that was no consolation for having to find another gym comparable to Lifetime as well as finding another trainer as knowledgable and passionate as Zac. read more

LTF is perfect for my family and I....it's always clean, they are friendly, and the biggest bonus is there is child care. My hubby and I get to make a date morning at the gym while the kiddos have fun and play. It's a win/win for all. For the most part it isn't usually crowded either. read more

Lifetime Fitness in Parker is a beautiful facility. It's great for families. However, if you are a working adult and would like to utilize the outdoor swim lanes in the evenings, you're out of luck. The swim Team uses all the lanes every weekday evening from 4pm-8pm. The website says 1 lane is available for an adult open swim but this is rarely the case. Swim team dominates the lanes leaving no room for working adults to enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming lanes. Plus, swim team takes over the pool many Saturday mornings during the summer leaving working adults once again without outdoor lanes to enjoy. Master swimmers can enjoy the lanes in the morning but if you're a regular swimmer, just looking for exercise, you are out of luck at this facility. read more

Was a member of the Parker location back in 2010. Then went over to 24-hour Fitness due to proximity, but recently joined the LF on Dry Creek, and WOW! This is an amazing club. Amenities are amazing, all the machines actually work, everything is clean and smells good, and employees actually seem like they like working here. Sure it is $79 a month (for a single membership) but well worth it if you actually enjoy fitness! Plus, got a lot of 'goodies' for signing up, which helps get you excited to partake in all LT has to offer. Only thing missing...a cold (ice) tub. read more

I've been a member since 2013 and 5 years on am a very happy member. I use Lifetime locations around the country during out of town work assignments. However, the Centennial location is the one where I spend the most time at. The facilities here are top notch especially the indoor tennis center. They have some of the best coaching staff and variety of classes for all levels of play. I want to give a special shout out to Kelton Hall, Accounts Manager for providing top notch service to me and my family recently on some modifications to our program. The facilities are top notch. However the personal training program is a scam. You use to be able to do training sessions individually. Now they sign you up for a month of sessions. And they don't tell you the "contract" evergreens with a thirty day notice for cancellation. This means you have to give cancellation notice they day you sign the "contract" if you want only one month of training. Oh, and the personal training is $120 per hour. There are many ethical and economic places to train, however Lifetime Fitness is not one of them. read more

Well this place is huge...and crazy far from everything! For those peeps who live out in the stix I can see how this club would be an awesome one stop shop. It's got a ton of everything which is cool. I stopped in for a yoga class which was pretty solid but I'm not exactly itching to come back. The upstairs room is crazy big with a ton of machines, weights, meat heads, open space, and work out wierdos. You see them everywhere and this place is no different. There's a pool, a spa, a small health food restaurant, and a ton of parking available. Because there are two buildings you'll have to make sure you know which one you want. The tennis building is just as big as the main gym. It's an interesting set up. All in all, it's ok. read more

Big place. Great for kids and families. They seem to care about families but not individual members. I signed up with a guarantee of a $50 LT voucher. Took 45 days and lots of communication to get. Now I'm in my 5th month. In month 2 I requested a curl bar for the rope/wire machines to be fixed. A month later I asked the woman that buys the equipment and still nothing on June second I went to the front desk. Another women said "fill out this card and I'll make sure it gets to the GM". So here I am using a broken curl bar and it hasn't been fixed or replace. Bad service and poor follow through. No worries though as they gladly accept your $80+ or more for an individual. After pool season I'm out! After owning two business I know your customers are more valuable than what they've shown since 4 different people couldn't solve a simple problem. The bar cost 1 month of my membership yet they can't replace it. read more
