I had been a patient off and on for years and thought I could trust this person. He had told me that I would be kept comfortable during the procedure but while under "anesthesia" I saw the other side of his personality. I was wide awake and horrified the whole time so I nervously chattered away, trying to make myself believe it wasn't so bad. I won't go into all the horrific details. Furthermore, the clinic is not hygenic and they only provided me with a refund after I requested it and they even told me they usually don't provide refunds...even if they burn your body. This clinic and it's technicians are clearly not as experienced as they advertise. I have had laser hair removal at another clinic and never had any issues. I strongly recommend going to Delta Laser and paying a slightly higher cost but they are very professional and clearly more certified. Considering on how the resto of my recovery goes I am contemplating legal action against this clinic.
