Save yourself!! I don't regret much in life but going to this place is on the top of the list. Got…read morea spider vein removal deal off Dealfind, $89 for 4 sessions. My first session went without a hitch- didn't feel anything, didn't see any results. My second session after stating I didn't see any results, she turned up the machince, and successfully burned the shit out of my leg!! Each pulse sent pain up and down my leg, but I sucked it up, not realizing I was suffering a first degree burn! Driving home my leg went numb with pain, and the laser area was completely inflamed. 2 days later my leg was scabbed over and oozing pus. I went back to complain and they gave me back my $89 and told me the scars will go away. Well, it's been 2 months and the scars are still there, along with the spider veins. WHHAAAAAA! Unfortunately, they make you sign a waiver so I couldn't do much about it. *@#$!! What a nightmare! Don't go!

I've been here 3x now- every time it was for a hyaluronic facial that i bought off a deal site…read more I can't say anything negative about the experience- they were professional and explained the procedure to me. Overall, it was worth the deal voucher price (I wouldn't pay their "regular" prices for the facial). The only thing I didn't like was their rooms. They're really cramped and clinical-looking rather than relaxing & comforting like a spa. If the rooms were bigger, had nicer lighting, and had nicer beds to lie on, I would've given this place a higher rating. Oh, and it's in a crappy part of town, Whalley, so they keep their doors locked and you have to ring to get it in. I didn't feel unsafe or anything- there's a Canadian Tire and Toys R Us closeby. Just thought I'd mention that.

Spotless Laser & Electrolysis - The picture doesn't do it justice. 6 hours later my skin was still hot, painful, oozing, and swollen.

My friend and I went last January 29. I have to say we had a difficult time looking for the place…read more We thought it had its own spot, focusing mainly on the signage. Fortunately, we went early and had spare time to look for the clinic. We still couldn't find it so we decided to call Daljit. She confirmed that they were located inside the medical clinic. Upon entering, she gestured us into the laser room. She gave us patient forms that asked about any medical conditions and whatnot. At the same time, we inquired about our own concerns. She did answer them well. However, it was of the opposite found online. Then again, not everything on the net is trustworthy. After the fill up forms, you were suppose to shave your armpit hairs the day or the day before. As first timers, we let her do it. After that, we transferred into the other room where she conducts the IPL. It was pretty well-kept and had the usual medical set up. My friend did it first followed by moi. According to her, the pain is tolerable. Upon starting, it just felt hot. Later on, I can compare the pain to a rubberband snapping on your skin. I have low pain tolerance so it was quite an experience for me. Luckily, it just takes about 5 minutes for each armpit. She wipes of the excess gel and your done. We settle the finances and were off. After four weeks, we go back for another session. And best believe, it is always like my first time as the pain varies. Some days are good, some are not. Overall, she has made us comfortable, the pricing is decent and I have seen improvement in the amount of hair I produce. I'll be scheduling my last appointment this July. I will definitely recommend this to others.

The office was not clean and my questions were not answered clearly. I left with the most pain and swelling that I've ever had from a treatment. To top it off, the practitioner rubbed polysporin ointment on my face. This is generally not advised because the cream based formula results in less irritation.
