I was very clear and said absolutely nothing maroon or fuchsia or dark Under tones. She brings out this 80's fuchsia. And i said hell no but she spent 10 mins convincing me that it won't look like that on and it will turn out light pink nude undertone i wanted. When she was done and i saw. First thing i thought was what the "fuchsia HELL" Then she spent the next 10 mins convincing me that it will fade after a week and look the colour i want. I googled what she said there and a lot of people wrote it would fade so i trusted her. 4 weeks later still look like i walked of the set of a bad 80's sitcom. I called the owner Sandy after the first 10 days and she was very nice and said come in and i will fix it as i must be that 5% that the colour doesn't fade. I made the appointment for that next week. But was later told Sandy could not do them as she has to let the staff that did them fix them. Or she would have to double charge me. Like my time is free to fix there mess up. Now the original girl did a good job on the outer line and it was just the colour that was brutal. So i said fine. This time i would not be listening to her best guess and pick the colour i know to be rite. So now it's 3 weeks and the colour didn't fade and I'm going in. The same girl bring out the same colour. And I'm like no no and pick a light nude pink i originally wanted. But because it's lighter it doesn't really show. I'm mortified. So now i know im going to have to have them lazer removed. Very painful and expensive. And i cant take any more time of work. I get to my car and look closer and omg I'm going to throw up. She messed up the out line it's crooked and looks like a toddler drew it. She drew outside of it. Like why would u do that. All she had to do was take a lighter colour and colour in the middle to try and mask the fuchsia. But she decided to also draw out side the lines that didn't need to be touched as they where fine. A damn kindergartener can keep with in the lines. Did they do it on purpose? I was so polite and kind about it to them but now the gloves are off i called and the owner ist in till have way thee next week. Omg how can i show my face any where. I'm going to have to lock my self at home. I can't go to work like this. Now i just found out that trying to lazer off the colour will actually turn it gray. This place should be shut down. They didn't even have covid protocol or ask me if Iv travelled or have any systems no one wore a mask. I'm calling A litigation attorney we have in the family. Now that I've been crying for hours. Avoid this place unless you want to come out like hatchet face from the movie cry baby. Don't ever go here or it will be the single worst decision of ur life. Wish someone wrote a review like this because i would have listened. Go to Vancouver some where that has real training and experience.

The staff are nice and friendly and experienced, What I liked was that she did talk to me a little especially in the beginning, but she was quiet for 99% of the time and let me relax (which is not what you experience in some other places even expensive luxury spas). I booked for another facial right after the one I got because of the great experience I had, my skin is so soft and fresh now (I went today for my facial). The products WERE scented I have a very sensitive nose and I could definitely tell you that they were scented. The fact that I had bought a discounted deal did not affect the quality of service at all and I got everything I had before (I have been to this place before too).

I just finished my 3rd laser hair removal session for lower legs (knees included) and underarms. About 4-6 weeks in between sessions depending on hair growth. FYI laser hair removal isn't exactly permanent, it does significantly reduce hair, but results depend on your own baseline hair growth. After 3 sessions, there's pretty much no more leg hair (maybe a few light coloured strands left). Will probably need 1-2 more sessions for underarms though. My skin usually reacts poorly to shaving with red bumps lasting a week, so my usual method used to be waxing legs every 3-4 weeks. I really love the results, no more hassle, but it is kind of painful. Bearable, but it's like a stinging/intense prickly feeling, especially in places with more concentrated hair growth. Pain is about 3/5 on average, some spots hitting a 4/5. It took about 45min for both legs, and less than 30min for both underarms. I'd recommend booking them back to back to make it one longer appointment and get it over with. Mila is super efficient and experienced. They have full transparency of their prices online, and you can book online as well. Spa itself is quite small, no frills, it's basically just a small room with a heated bed and some music. Clean towels and bedding. Located inside a commercial/business building on the 2nd floor.
