We even had a drink with the remaining crew after because they were so cool and good. 4-ish scratched or damaged pieces. 4 scratched chairs that were suposed to be wrapped but were not (photo proof). and 1 cracked cabinet. The mover guy said "I am sooo sorry I broke that". He was genuinely sorry. Here's where the problems start. We paid for the extra damage insurance/waver thing. Extra money per pound. They said they could not do ANYTHING about the scratched items... ok. WTF. But what about the cracked cabinet? They wanted to either fix it for 5 WEEKS (LOL) or give us $250. It's a 300lb piece of furniture. I am not letting you carry it back downstairs and keep it for 5 weeks for the "possibility of repair" then carry it back up.
