On June 16 at approximately 8:39 a.m., I had a unreasonable and avoidable experience with a…read moreCollege Hunks Hauling Junk truck on SH-130. The truck was traveling at an estimated 75-80 mph while weaving aggressively through traffic. The occupants were making hostile gestures, and the driver forced my vehicle into the grass median so they could get around traffic. It was an incredibly dangerous maneuver that could have easily caused a serious accident. I took a photo of the truck and reported the incident. A manager contacted me once, but I unfortunately missed the call. I returned the call shortly afterward and also sent a follow-up email. Despite making efforts to continue the conversation, I never received a response. I understand that one driver's actions do not necessarily represent an entire company, but how a business responds to a serious safety complaint speaks volumes. Reckless driving in a clearly marked company vehicle puts everyone on the road at risk and reflects poorly on the business. I hope this incident is investigated and addressed before someone is seriously injured.
