If you ever need to get the hair of your dreams, Life Spa at Life Time is the place to go. Francisco is the Master Stylist and he has the talent and accolades to prove it. Located in the premium club of Life Time, you can make an appointment with any of their stylist, but Francisco has been my go to for glow ups to touch ups. You can bring in your suggestions and he will be very honest if it needs to be modified to best suit your tone or face shape and he has not disappointed. He has been voted Top 30 Stylist in Vegas 2022 and I am not surprised. He is one of the top hair colorist and I love every highlight, lowlight, and peek a boo highlights he has suggested. I have paid top dollar at other places and the style or cut only lasts a week or so. The truth in a good haircut is how it grows out. I go every 6 to 8 weeks and I never look shaggy or rough in between sessions. He never upsells or suggests anything extra that I didn't actually need. Your hair is one of the few things we spend looking at daily and feel hesitant to actually spend money on until a special occasion or event. Let me tell you, YOU are the special occasion. YOU are the moment. I've done the homework and I can confidently say Francisco is truly passionate about his work and you will feel so much better afterwards. Life Spa has some serious talent here that have worked the Grammys to pageants. Jade and Emily are also highly recommended as they do a lot of extensions and are incredibly skilled in cuts as well. I've seen their work on clients literally sitting next to me and the before and after are stunning. Natural and model-esque seems to be the look a lot of the clients go for and it's really like a bunch of models afterwards. Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you have thinning hair or are shy they are receptive and understanding. They do children cuts and are very patient. For teens and tweens, they actually know what's trending and can make a lot of the Tik Tok and Instagram-worth looks happen. Their signature product used for hair is Kerastase, which smell amazing. My favorites are the color safe items in the muted pink bottles and the black and gold bottles for pre styling and heat protection during blowouts and curling. They also have massage here. Nick and Christopher are awesome. I had a horrible cramp on my forearm on the verge of carpal tunnel and Nick literally made it better. Christopher is receptive to how soft or intense you edit your session to be. You can book for 30 minutes, an hour or more. If you want to try 30 minutes, it's totally fine, but you will want more. Both are highly recommended. Even the front desk of the Spa is an experience. Allison greets you right away and makes you feel welcomed. You are offered tea, coffee, water, and even champagne (if you want). There's even a wet hand towel too! What a truly luxurious experience. Price wise, it is on the upper end, but in my opinion, reasonable and worth it for the quality of workmanship and products used. Very disappointed. Haircut was very marginal but really what was a big turn off was that a short haircut that took at most 20 min for cut 5min to wash and maybe 2 minutes to run the dryer. Cost $85 Short haircut was quoted at $55 but little did I know it an extra $30 to run a blow dryer on it for a minute with my direction. Never heard of a luxury spa over charging for wash and dry. I could understand at super cuts but not a spa. Just a big rip off and certainly not a true stylist. Terrible I will never go back nor will I refer anyone! read more

We just moved to North Las Vegas and I've been looking for a nail tech who uses CND product and I only found one here at Lifetime Spa. The wait for an appointment was a month out which was encouraging in a way, thinking she was so exceptional in her skill that she had a lot of clients. I've been to Janielle twice - the first time for a backfill and the second for a drill. I come from SoCal where you're handed a brush and wash cloth and you scrub before you are seated. You also rinse off the nail dust after the filing is complete and before the UV polish is applied. After that, there is cuticle oil and lotion applied to your hands and forearms. A true proper nail experience. Not so here. I stated that I like my nails squared off a bit but she ignored the way my nails looked and she filed them into the trendy "coffin" look, which I personally don't like. I mentioned it while she was filing and she said 'oops' and that she would add "sides" with my drill at my next appointment. Okay, I'm a bit annoyed but fine. Second appointment was 2 weeks later and the salon called the day before it saying they had to reschedule her appointments for that day but that my next appointment would be free. Okay. The appointment was set for almost a week later but my nails were hanging in there. She must have been overbooked because not only was she "finished" in 30 minutes - totally unrealistic for a drill. Her hands shook the entire time, like she had 2 Redbulls before I came in. I was cringing the entire time because I could see the process going south right before my eyes. I asked if she was okay and she said she had some health issues going on. Yes, it was free but I would have rather paid because they look like crap and you can see in my pic. And so much for filling the sides in like she said she would. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed but I felt bad and didn't want to contest. I'm not a big fan of confrontation. So I decide to make another appointment so she can make it right. On my way, I got stuck in a bit of traffic and called to say I was running 5-10 mins late and the staff at the front desk of the spa tell me that it's not a problem and they would let her know. I was exactly 10 mins late - parking is always challenging but today took me almost 5 mins to find a spot. The nail salon receptionist called me on my way in the door to tell me that I was 15 mins late and Janielle was unable to take me. I was exactly 10 mins late. I showed her the condition of my nails - the lifting and the uneven tips and she was pretty dismissive. She offered me another appointment 8 days out. She had an air of fake pleasantry and wasn't very nice or helpful. I went into the cafe to get water and thought I could talk to Janielle, but when I went over, the two of them were talking about me. I must add that the front desk staff of the spa and cafe are super nice and helpful which is why I gave a 2 star rating. The professionalism and courteousness that I have experienced outside of the nail salon is tarnished by the unprofessional behavior of these two employees. Too bad - I like the atmosphere here but I don't like wasting my money on awful service. I won't be back and I'll be sure to tell my friends about my experience. read more

Hands down the most excellent place to get a massage! I've had quite a few over the past few years and I couldn't be happier with the massages I've received. The therapists are obviously educated and trained and not like other massages I've had that felt like a 5 year old could do better. I've had a few injuries and they're very good about working on them or even giving me suggestions if I need to try something else. I mostly book online through the lifetime fitness website, you pick either the therapist or day/time and then length of massage. Very easy and convenient. A few times I've arrived early and was given a small juice from the cafe and a warm wet towel. The only other service I've had at the spa was a pedicure. It too was amazing and I got to keep a little bottle of polish. Plus, it lasted so long and wasn't even gel. Bonus for me! read more

FABIAN ur my angel! I've been going to lifetime fitness for over a year and was in and out just for the gym. So after a few in your face advertising posters scattered around the gym I thought.... ok I'll give it a try. And I'm so glad I decided to try it. Fabian has been my stylist on 2 occasions now and I love going there to see him....cause he really takes care of me and makes me feel special! My first visit was two months ago, I had a dark brown color done from roots to tips and came out feeling like a new woman! Lol. Then my next appointment was 4 weeks later... but I cancelled and rescheduled for a month later. I'm a super busy mom and it seems like there's never enough hours in a day! So today I made my appointment .. got there a little late (12:10) instead of 12:00 and was greeted at the front desk and asked if I wanted a Prosecco! Why not!!! (It's 5 o'clock somewhere...) After the pain relief I felt from my first massage with Nick I was hooked. I've had quality massages from most of the therapists employed here but by far my favorite therapist is Nick. Nick is on another level! I've had trouble recovering from my injury and surgery over a year ago and seeing Nick is the best pain relief option I've found. He loves what he does and it shows. I really wanted this to be my new salon, but the experience I had was not good. I got my hair colored here a few months ago. It was my first time with my stylist, so I was a little nervous. She seemed very sweet, but slightly anxious. We talked about what I wanted, but what I got wasnt that. I came in with a partial highlighted hair and reddish caramel as the base color. My natural roots are ash brown with some red strands. I wanted a touch up. The stylist instead ended up dying my roots black and highlighting over highlights, which destroyed parts of my curl. I think she was going for the ombre look. I didn't know that was what she intended. It didn't work out well. People make mistakes. I understand this and she eventually owned up to having messed up, but before doing so she basically kept telling me not to look -- don't peek -- and that it was soooooo pretty. I think this is what has -after several months - upset me the most. That and finding out that it will cost me hundreds to fix the dark roots so I can get highlights again. Sad. I should have known she was covering up her error. I just wish she had been professional about this and had done whatever she could to fix her error during the process. Instead, we got to the end of my session and I had extremely dark roots which are difficult to correct without strong chemicals. I was at this point so shocked by the results in no way linking up with what the stylist promised throughout the session. I was shell shocked. I tried to like it, but even my boyfriend told me that I walked out of the salon looking like I did my own hair and had messed it up. Very expensive DIY look. It has affected my self-esteem since it looks really bad. She did offer to color correct after I told her the roots were too dark, but I was very nervous about her touching my hair again with any harsh chemicals. She told me the color would eventually fade after washing, but it never did. I had her cut the stringy ends of my once springy curls though. I just could not deal with my curls so fried. Very depressing. She seemed apologetic. I actually had enjoyed the session until it became clear that she had not been honest. I just wish she had been honest from the get-go and admitted the mistake she made. I will not go back and do not recommend this salon. The manager I spoke with did not care what had happened and seemed dismissive of my follow-up complaint. read more

Because it is actually very comparable to any other salon or full blown spa for that matter! After my work out I thought I'd see if I can squeeze in a mani pedi! Only had to wait about 30 mins which was awesome considering it was 5pm at a busy gym. They set me up with a nail tech that I will say has the nicest welcome manner about herself along with ultimate professionalism I was looking forward to see if her talents would live up to her personality! The massage rooms are warm & comforting. The quality of the massage is far better though. I like a deep tissue with good pressure. They live up to it every time. You don't have to be a member to use the facility. You save $60 / month in membership cost at Massage Envy, not to mention ME makes you get a one year membership in the beginning, with cancellation charges. read more

I had a wonderful facial here today by Tracy. This spa is located in Lifetime Athletic Fitness Center, but you do not have to be a gym member to go to this spa. As a matter of fact, non-members can bring their kids to be watched at the kid's activity center during their appt & even use the facilities all day long. Ok, so back to the facial. I have facials pretty regularly, the last one was at Euphoria (near Stephanie). This one blew that one out of the water! Tracy was really knowledgeable & skilled. She used a hot mister, did extractions, put on an enzyme thingy, & did a really cool technique that involved rolling 2 ice cold balls over my face. It's hard to explain, but it was really neat. Also, an arm & face massage was given. Many different lotions & things were done in addition to this. I'm not the most chatty person in the world & Tracy chatted just the perfect amount. I'm going to be the big 4-0 next year, so facials aren't just luxory for me, I actually need them for results. This one fit both criteria! The Spa itself was very nice as well. The receptionist was super kind, not snobby at all. She provided me with a warm wet towel and mango juice in the wai ty jng area, which I thought was really unique. Def recommend! read more

I've been a member of Lifetime Athletic in Green Valley / Las Vegas for a year now and having this full service spa at the gym is very convenient for someone who has a packed schedule like me and needs a one-stop-shop for everything. I've mostly visited this spa for massage appointments. I've currently experienced 1 hour and 30 minute sessions. The massage therapists know exactly what they're doing when it comes to tailoring your massage to your specific needs. Your massage appointment begins with a quick check-in with their receptionist. Try to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can unwind and relax. You'll be moved into their Relaxation Room if you arrive early enough so you can prep mentally before your appointment. Leave your phone and electronics in the locker room so you can completely disconnect from distractions and fully enjoy your massage. The massage beds are heated. My massages have included application of essential & aromatherapy oils and ended with a hot towel press & eucalyptus oil application leaving my back completely relaxed. Have had my hair cut by Lindsay twice now, and she is awesome!! My hair turns out better than I expect. Even if you are not a member of LifeTime Fitness, you can still make an appointment to go see her. They use top of the line products on you, so your hair looks, feels, and smells great when you walk out. It's a really nice facility and most of the people are great people. You do get the occasional snooty front desk person that won't take the time to even look at you, and watch out for some of the "car salesmen" gym sign up managers, but it's worth it to go use the salon. They do seem to be getting somewhat better about that though. And, all the ladies in the LifeSpa are very nice and courteous. read more
