I'm a repeat Life Ionizers customer because the company consistently delivers on both product quality and customer support. Most recently, I needed assistance with replacement filters for my new machine. Ricardo Lopez took ownership of the issue, quickly identified the problem, and made sure the correct replacement filters were sent. The entire experience was professional, responsive, and hassle-free. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its products long after the sale. Quality customer service has become rare these days, and Life Ionizers continues to set the standard. If you're considering investing in a water ionizer, I highly recommend Life Ionizers. They build excellent products and back them with outstanding customer support, which is one of the main reasons I continue to be a loyal customer. read more

Please do your research before you purchase this system. You will be held hostage when it comes to the filters. Regardless when you place your order it will take months to receive and they are extremely expensive. After years of being a loyal customer we are done with this company. Know that we were offered a nice discount on the filters for positive reviews. Not even the reviews can be trusted at this stage. Do yourself a BIG favor - keep looking because this company is not who/what they claim to be. read more

Very expensive machine! After buying, you'll find that the filters are also very expensive. When you order filters online, they say it will take 4-5 days, but they never send them on time. You have to call several times, and the people on the phone are very rude. I would never recommend buying this filter because of their terrible customer service. Once, when I posted a review, they asked me to remove it and promised to improve their customer service, but nothing has changed. Every time I order filters online, I face the same problem--they never deliver on time, and this time they were extremely rude on the call. Please do not buy any filters from this company so you don't have to deal with this frustration every time. read more

I would hesitate to buy any product from this company. We installed their products for one of their customers on 7/15/25. We gave them an estimate, they approved of the amount, we completed the work and yet... It's been 74 days without any payment or communication with them. Despite our numerous attempts to reach out to the company, we either: 1. Get the run around from customer service 2. Call, text, email Brad Middleton who is supposedly the highest person at their company only to be ignored. I am not even sure if he is the highest person at the company, we've been told he is the accounting, he is just a salesman, and he is the highest position there so who knows what is true. All I know the one unfortunate time I was able to talk to Brad, he was incredibly rude, and actually lied to me. He has a very uncomfortable and unpleasant presence about him. Ultimately, we will be recouping our payment one way or another. This will either result in the customer having to pay us despite the company reassuring him that he would not have to endure these costs (again: they are liars), or with us putting a lien against the property where services were rendered. Either way, it screws their customers in the end so I will be very wary about giving business to this questionable company. Life Ionizers needs to do the right thing by their vendors and their customers and PAY THEIR BILLS. read more

awesome sales guys thank you so much for helping me today great service and products we appreciate we love your products so much

absolutely the worst! and brad most of all! they are a bunch of douchey (obnoxious, arrogant, dismissive) men who have no care for you, all they care about is making their money. brad is sweet as pie when he's selling the machine to you, lying straight to your ear (via phone) about how its a hydrogen water machine, when it's not! they've even gone as far now to update their site, all their products now use the word hydrogen, its a lie do not fall for it. its marketing because they know ppl are learning that it's not the alkalinity helping ppl but the hydrogen molecules that's doing the job. so they now its a "fad". they were supposed to test out some true hydrogen machines and begin to sell them, he told me he would exchange my machine for that one but that never happened! he's a flat our liar. and will duck you for a year. when you're trying to reach him he uses the same old lie "im at disneyland with my family" he truly is scum! takes your hard earn money for a machine that is worthless. do yourself a favor a spend the extra money for a real deal japanese kangen level uk machine. it's also a alkaline machine but it's the only one that truly does what it says. you'll drink that water consistently for a week and wont need nearly as much because you'll be so hydrated. this life ionizer machine has yet, yet to hydrate me. it's the only water i have drank for almost a year now and truly no benefits. it is like drinking tap water. read more

Ive been waiting over 2 months for filters that I was charged for.. Called 3x and told 2 weeks and call you back ... Maybe it's a better idea to go with a company who manufactures their filters in US instead of Korea.. makes me also wonder about quality?? read more

I like my mxl15 i have had it for 2 years and really like it. But here is the problem, they all need filter changes and the customer service that life ionizers provides is horrendous. if I cant get the filters I order it makes my machine useless last year I waited over 30 days and many emails before they even shipped my filters this year, the website says deliver in approx 6 days, we are now 3 weeks into my order, 3 emails sent, no reply and no tracking number no mater how good these machines might be, don't buy one the customer service is zero, there is non and clearly they could give 1 F _ _ k read more

I love my Life Ioner Water Machine! It provides me and my family with pure, alkaline and ionized water for less than bottled water. The filters are affordable and the shipping is fast. I trust them with all of my water needs. They even send me tips on how to take care of my machine. No more plastic water for us!!! read more

Do not purchase from these people. The product will misfunction and when it does you will get zero help. The lifetime warranty is a joke. I sent mine in for repair and have never seen it again. when you call tech they aren't in and when I call the rep he can't or won't help. Be prepared to lose your investment in the machine if you buy. They received 1 star only because I couldn't go any lower. read more

This is hands down the best investment I've made for my home. Every faucet now delivers alkaline, hydrogen-rich water that tastes amazing. I've noticed less reliance on bottled water, saving money and cutting down on plastic waste. The customer service was excellent and it feels great to support real innovators in this space. read more

Very expensive to maintain and horrible customer services. I made an order via phone a few months ago and no tracking info was sent. I called and they are rude and finally sent me tracking. Took about a month to get the replacement filters that cost almost $300. Ordered another replacement part last week via phone. No tracking info sent. I emailed and asked for it and they sent it. Check the tracking today and USPS says postage not paid and won't be delivered. Called Life Ionizers and man said they would send info to tracking. Very short and rude. I will switch to a different filter next year. read more

We've loved the ionizer MXL-15 machine, until it was time to order filters. I put in the order on 11/20/2024 - They're not cheap! I was told I would get them in 10-14 days. It's been almost 1 month since my order and nothing. I've email for an update with no return email. I've had to call several times and given the run around. I spoke with a Mgr Dave and told me some filters were on back order, but he would rush me filter #1 to get my machine up and running for now. It's been almost 1 wk and haven't received anything. When I call back they tell me he's at lunch or call goes to VM. Finally talk to shipping mgr told me he would ship them, we'll see. If not, I plan to contact my credit card put a fraud report and a report with BBB. I'm still paying on the machine and can't even use it, because I can't get filters. Think twice before you buy it. read more

I purchased my MXL9 back in 2020. I started using the machine, and the water tastes great, and it's great for cooking with it. It doesn't take as long to boil the water. When you use the machine water, VS taps water. I recommend Life Ionizers to anyone. The alkaline water also will help with acid reflex. read more

My water system is great, I have had it for over 3 years. Shipping can take a lot longer than expected as the filters are made out of the country, so they can be on backorder. I recommend calling to check and see if they are in stock so that you can have an idea as to when you will receive them. Paul Johnson, who is the shipping guy, was very kind to reach out to me and help resolve issues I was having. read more

We have had an MXL machine for years and every year it gets harder to get filters. Life Ionizers charges the credit card immediately and then tell us it will be MONTHS before we get the filters. After 6 weeks and not being able to get a shipping date, we cancelled the filter order and were told we'd get a credit on the credit card. That never happened so we filed a dispute with VISA and got our credit within two days. Then we decided not to use the machine anymore and Brian gave us permission and a RA to return 3 brand new, unused filters to them and he would give us our money back on them. They received the filters 7/8/24 and we have NEVER received our promised money back. read more

I've had my own Life Ionizer since 2013, it's been one of the best purchases in my life. One of the most basic requirements for any life is water. Being able to trust that your water is of top quality is so important. Customer service has always been easy and reliable, maintenance is easy. Recently we remodeled our kitchen and just bought the attachment to keep the machine under the counter. Excited to free up counter space. Though guest always are curios when they see the machine next to the sink. Its a great way to dive into conversation about health. read more

I just moved in to a new home and called Life Ionizers to get assistance because the water had a sulfur smell to it. The rep I spoke to, and who attempted to assist me, was very short and impatient. I explained, as nice as I could, that I was not familiar with the system and that he was being very short and impatient. He then told me that he doesn't have patience for people that don't listen. I then explained that I was an attorney....that I know how to follow directions and that I was not stupid, just not familiar with the system. He started to scold me again for not listening and eventually hung up on me. I've never encountered such rudeness from a customer service rep, owner, investor, etc. His response should have been " I apologize for coming off that way, it was not my intention. I know these machines inside and out and sometimes I forget that not everyone is as familiar with these machines as I am." Instead, he was combative, condescending, and rude. And he'll show his true colors to everyone reading this when they also read his response to this review. I can tell his personality is one where he can't take the high road but instead has to respond in a nasty way to my review. I'm going to remove the machine (the previous owners of my house installed it) and replace it with another company's product. This machine is supposed to improve my health, not give me stress. read more

We have been using and drinking ionized water for nearly 20 years. We were distributors for Kangen water machines years ago and fell in love with the water. We now have a MXL-9 countertop Life Ionizer, and we're getting the same clean, energized, structured, hydrogen-rich, oxygen-rich, high pH water for half the price of a Kangen machine. (When you stop drinking this water daily, you FEEL less well.) Plus, Life Ionizers provides a much longer warranty and customer service has been great. I messed up installing filter one the first time so I called customer service and within 5 minutes I was straightened out. Great company. Chad K., San Diego read more

Purchased my MXL7 a few years ago. It's still as Brand New as it was the day I got it. The filters are very reasonable to replace you save so much money by doing it this way, then purchasing water at the store. The water tastes amazing it truly does, and when you use it to boil while you're cooking, it boils much faster than sink water. Customer service is always ready to help assist with anything!
