DO NOT BUY from these scam artists. we received one of 3 items we purchased but they claimed all were delivered same day. Customer service person, Dianne, was very apathetic in trying to remedy the situation. No apologies, no offer to remedy. Basically we were just out thousands of dollars with nothing to show. I will continue to fight this but there are other more ethical companies out there. Buyer be ware. Ryan you are not a reasonable business owner. I already explained in detail what happened and why I reached out a few weeks later (no one was aware that all products purchased came together). I was being patient. Have no idea why one card was declined (likely bc it was over a 7K purchase we didn't call to authorize). we paid immediately with another card. It is absolutely absurd you're accusing us of trying to get something free. We order tens of thousands of products for the businesses we own each month and have never had this happen. Google me, as I asked before. My reputation is solid. You guys failed to deliver 2 products we ordered and made no attempt to make it right. Customer service is a 0/10. period. These guys are great, Mike is amazing at diagnosing problems over the phone, without hesitation or consideration of selling you something. I have a cannabis business in Mendocino and my well is toxic to plants. I have boron at roughly 8 ppm and over .2 it is bad at 2 PPM it is deleterious and over 5 is toxic. Beyond the the boron problem I had a leaf curl issue, Mike said was an organic compound , that He resolved over the phone with a Craigslist purchase for under $100. My options to to remediate my boron issue, from over a year of online and phone research, had a low end price of $60,000 and an average price of $160,000 to clean my issues through any services I could find and I needed to have at least 20 amps of 110 power. My property is off grid so there were options. I was thinking about drilling a new well for $30,000 but in the process ,Weeks drilling randomly said they just heard about some company in southern Cal that could help and did their own research and gave me Dime waters number. Mike Ryan and Diane were very kind and emphatic in every call I made. Which was a lot. They designed a system that required minimal power. Only .2 watts to clean 8 ppm of boron at a rate a recharge rate of 17500 gallons which cost me only $12 a recharge, although in actual practice cleaned 12,000 which is still truly amazingly. I built a room that enclosed the whole unit with 55 gallons of hydrochloric acid and caustic soda Bad idea, by the way. Maybe 2 rooms and have ventilation. So I burned up a bunch of stuff. Ryan to the rescue. He walked me through everything 3x. Their whole crew is so professional, or maybe idiot proofed, you can tell by what's coming out of your own mouth , that if you were in there shoes sometimes, they should be telling you " you dumb ass, I told you not to mix acid and base in the same place or whatnot"Anyway, hours of calls. Ryan walkjed me though resetting everything, diagnosing without sending a $600 package through the mail. Oh, this is getting too long. These guys are great. Kind, helpful, informative, not out there trying to just sell you their hand worked products, they truly want to help your situation and work their minds to "Dew (~);}" it , very polite people. Diane answers the phone, my imagination has her as a very well bred, mannered matriarch of a long line of powerful ladies that form good families with righteous values and respect, period regardless of what you are wearing or where you are working, but definitely have your elbows off the table and napkin in your lap, use your eyes when talking polite, good vibe and makes me happy to here her voice on the phone kinda thing. Ryan, full of knowledge and helpful as all get out, righteously appreciate his help getting me straight. Ryan will get very technical and may go over the layman's ability to comprehend what he is saying, but by the second time he puts it down you get a little epiphany, of Oh. Pretty cool. tell me 2x in a language I don't understand and then understand, pretty good. Especially considering after 7 years through HS and college I barely can understand Deutsh or German. Mike, Elder statesman of the water ways, kicking down hard earned knowledge for free and even selling me a product that I couldn't even buy for less than $60,000 for a small fraction. Thank you guys. It's been 3-4? Years of hurdles and it's still working. There have been many unforseeable setbacks that they have rectified due to my parameters and issues. Anyway just wanted to give them a proper review. I believe Mike has a kind and worthy company and am glad they are out there. My boyfriend and I had been using a 5 gallon bottle service at our home for quite some time and were overall unimpressed with the convenience (or inconvenience!) of the system. I stand by my review that I dealt with a shady person that couldn't answer simple question and refused to give their name. Plain and simple. Years ago we were searching for a filter system for our well. Every company we talked to failed to offer a simple low cost solution. After talking with Mike, the owner and engineer at Dime Water we were a little skeptical because he was offering something that seemed too good to be true. Six years later Mike's filter system is still going strong pushing out 200,000 gallons of usable irrigation water every year. Since our first purchase we have installed multiple Dime water systems in clients homes without issue. If an issue does arise their technical support and customer service have proven to be more than capable at addressing the issue. read more

Great folks who just know what to do. Extremely skilled people come to your home and respect your space as if it was theirs. with the south county pinhole leak issue with the thin copper piping all should call Dime and get solutions before you have to open 10K to re-pipe your house. "Buy extra Time by using the folks at Dime". Even if you do re-pipe, you will want this system to protect that investment. read more

I've been waiting for this Company to do the right thing but it seems that's not going to happen. Last May I purchased a home filtration system from them (Cost: $3,400.00). After their installer left, I noticed a leak in a component. He came back next day with a new part from their factory, and repaired it. That was good. Four months later there was a failure in a filtration canister which flooded a good portion of the garage. I called Dime Water and was told to "call any plumber, they can bypass the filter". So I did. Cost to bypass: $250.00. Called my home insurance and they sent out a damage mediation contractor to dry out the garage and work-bench and replace damaged dry-wall. My out-of- pocket was now almost $900.00. I tried again for some kind settlement, but was ignored. Then I filed in Orange County small claims court. They didn't show for the hearing, and I was awarded damages and court costs. I tried again to settle and sent them an e-mail & certified letter. They refused to accept the letter. Now I must file to force a financial examination (form EJ-125). I've been in business for over 30 years and I've never dealt with a Company like this. Amendment: In June of this year, at my initiation and 8 months after the damage occurred, a settlement was finally reached. Like most settlements it falls short of my actual damages, but I wanted to put this unfortunate situation behind me and move on. I intend to have a future relationship with the company in order to provide renewable filtration components. Accordingly, I have made a modification to this review. read more

As other reviewers have mentioned, Dime Water has low ethical standards. They are severely dishonest. They will tell you one thing and then go back on their word. I should have read the first reviews before committing to purchase from them. The whole experience has been wrought with frustration due to their lack of integrity, reneging on their word and shady business practices. Be warned, you are much better off finding another company for your water purification needs. They are sweet talkers and make you feel like they are good, honest, hardworking people who love America. They are con artists. I can almost gaurantee that the positive yelp reviews were written by them to off set their negative ones. Buyer beware. read more
