Always have to stop in the hat store - it's a rite of passage! This time I didn't find anything to purchase. I was intent on finding a replacement pair of mittens for our granddaughter, but they didn't have anything in the right color scheme. They were down to dark colors, and she's into pink these days. The staff members were friendly and welcoming on a holiday when they might have preferred being somewhere else. I took a look at the "No Headache" visors which I like to wear, but wasn't enticed by the current colors/pattens they have in stock. I'll be back the next time, and hopefully something colorful and flattering will catch my eye. Always worth a browsing session!

Since we were two of their first 10 shoppers- we got our hats for half off! It was meant to be ! I absolutely love my hat. It's green, with a burnt orange strip, peacock feather and gold silk interior. I walked around town with it on and got a ton of compliments! My new hat has given me confidence! I am officially a HAT LADY My hat was around $170 ish as it is customized and I choose what I wanted on it :) It's wool and fitted to fit me perfectly. Such a great price! I think their concept is so cool. You are creating a hat that's unique and also something that's you. Since being to their new location I have made two new hats which I can't wait to wear. When I entered, the young lady at the registered welcomed me. I couldn't find the bag I was looking for because I didn't know what the bag looked like since it's a different brand than I am used to. I asked a young man that was loading shelves and he called for someone to come help me. Another gentleman came and helped me within a minute. They did have quite a large Oxbow small animal pet products more than I have seen at Tractor Supply. So, even though I probably won't be back for these pellet bedding bags when TSS opens; I would come back for all the rabbit chew toys and supplies they have. I was checked out quickly and on my way.

From the start, she was rude, combative, sarcastic, and unnecessarily aggressive throughout the entire process. Instead of simply helping resolve the issue professionally, I was met with attitude, condescending remarks, and an overall hostile demeanor that made the experience far more difficult than it needed to be. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism -- especially from a company that prides itself on customer service and brand values. The exchange itself was straightforward, yet Maddie handled it in a way that felt confrontational and unwelcoming from beginning to end. It honestly left a terrible impression of the store and the company overall. After being a customer for nearly 30 years and a brand ambassador for this company, I truly never expected to be treated this way. If this is the type of people Patagonia chooses to employ to represent their brand, I do not believe I will be moving forward with purchasing their products in the future. Prices are steep, but unfortunately, that is (sadly) to be expected in 2026. There were quite a lot of salespeople on the floor. They were talking to each other, but whatev.
