As I was walking in, a sales person walked right across my path on his way to help a gentleman in the apparel section, not acknowledging my pressence at all. I needed a new putter so headed over to the putters and started trying a few out. A few minutes later said sales person walked right across the path of my ball to select a club cover for the customer. Again never acknowledging my pressence in any way whatsoever nor the fact that he walked right in front of me. Once he had finished checking out the customer, he headed to the back of the shop and started talking to someone back there, not a customer by the sounds of it. Again, not acknowledging me at all.... I spent close to 10 mins in the shop with no assistance. I am now the proud owner of a new putter from Dick's.

Since their nationwide competitor had it on the shelf they ordered a case to have it in stock for everyone. Take a moment to think about how impressive that is. Flip the scenario and but a big box retailer in that position. Would they immediately put an item on their next order from a vendor to stock it in the store? Does the store manager even have that power? Or would they be more likely to direct you to their website? Very few of us will ever run into Bezos at the supermarket, so why line his pockets? Almost all of us will run into Ryan and his staff outside of Mocean, either having fun on the trail, or at an event supporting the community. Keep this in mind when shopping.

I have been coming here for 20 plus years, and the owner is always nice to customers. The prices are great, and what I like the most is the quality of the hats, hoodies, t shirts, sweat shirts. A lot of the items I purchased years ago still look amazing, and lasts for years. Be prepared to be wowed at all the various sweat shirts. They also have Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket merchandise. Excellent shopping experience, and always a must visit when on the Cape! Perfect place to buy souvenirs for the entire family. They now have a website, and ship worldwide!

They told me the only way I can return or exchange my item is if I go back to that store, since it was in person and not online. The closest JD to me is 3 hours away. I talked to multiple customer service agents on the phone, and all I got was crappy reception and rude women. Extremely disappointed. Will always buy straight from Nike. Guy took forever to update but said the bike would take another couple days. A week later I called again. "We'll get back to you" No call. So 2 and a half weeks later I call and am told that the bike has been ready ( they never called me), and I can pick it up. No apology, no mention that they poorly communicated. I picked the bike up and they offered a discount, but I refused as it was never about $$. They are lousy communicators and don't seem to really care. But, they are busy, so good for them. I don't leave reviews much, and never bad ones, except this time.
