Then you manager threw nose in the air and stomped off. When I asked him about a size of a shoe, he walked toward other employees and instructed them to help me. Manager never made eye contact with me once after our discussion at the counter - apparently he was done with me. That's what I do to repeat customers who I believe don't have the right information. I humiliate them then throw some attitude on them and put on a look like I can't wait for them to walk out of the door. Could you imagine? I treat my customers like gold. They are always right. But if you give them information to help them understand the situation (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS LYING IN THIS EXAMPLE), they do the right thing. Like, I don't know, maybe look to buy another pair of shoes from you...... Avoid this place at all costs. Laziest and most STANK attitude I have encountered in a long time. Ended up getting a chest protector for an amazing price, knee pads, helmet, and skates. They baked and sharpened the skates right there too, which made the whole process ridiculously easy. You walk in needing one thing and suddenly you're convincing yourself that spending hundreds of dollars on equipment designed specifically to get hit by frozen rubber is somehow financially responsible.
