Let's face it, shopping is tricky these days for everyone. Truthfully I never thought I would become a person that would obsess over a pair of sneakers, but as soon as I saw the blue Nike court vision low online, I knew I had to have them. After going to three different locations with no luck they had my size here. When I arrived at the store, I walked in and was greeted right away. They have someone at the front desk who asked if I was shopping or pickup. The associate was very polite to me, at first I did not see the shoes. She checked in the back for me and was literally back in 10 minutes. I tried them on, they are so comfortable and I was lucky because they were the last and only pair left in the store (in my size too) it was meant to be lol. When she rung me up at the register, then checked my account and told me I had ten dollars in rewards points, so I used those points to save money. Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I will continue to shop at famous footwear - thank you

I wasn't a hat person until I got one of their hats. Soon after - actually the following week after the first purchase and a week after that - I ordered more! I ordered my first hat to protect my head from the sun while letting the wind blow through. I used to buy the one-size-fits-all big box store hats for gardening until it dawned on me that I should have a good hat, in my size, to wear proudly. So we shopped online and each ordered a hat. They shipped within days. When our cameras alerted us to the delivery, we actually returned home from shopping so we could open the box and wear the hats! I was really excited when I tried on the hat. It felt so comfortable - I wondered if the hat would feel like a prop but it didn't - it felt like a part of me right away. I was excited at how well it fit and looked. I wore it while we ran errands and went to dinner. I loved that I could feel the breeze and that my head stayed cool. I loved the dark color of the underside of the hat brim. I ordered a hat band that complimented the darker color and really brought the look together. That first day of wearing my hat, people gushed. It was really funny - the guy at the post office told us that his wife wants him to retire baseball caps and get "a real hat"! The car wash manager fell in love with the Steampunk hats we showed her on our phones. And the clerk at a sporting goods store recognized the hat quality immediately and said she wanted one too. All three of them jotted down the website and a sale code that we received. Even though I wear a smaller size hat, I started trying on my husband's hats to get a sense of what I liked. I fell in LOVE with the Bromley hat and ordered it. And the mesh sun hat. And I wanted another crushable Half Moon hat in leather (a special order). I like the smaller brimmed hats because they shade my eyes while giving me a tailored look. And crushable hats mean they're easy to pack, stuff in a bag, etc. These hats are meant to be used and stand up to sun, rain (except for suede), etc. The people who work here are really nice - they emailed me and were available for telephonic inquiry about a custom hat. They care about our experience and are excited that we're excited. I went from never wearing hats to wearing a hat whenever I go out. I love how I feel in the hats and how the world receives me. I honestly didn't realize I'd have a remarkable experience - just by wearing their hats!

PIAS is generally known throughout the area as being a solid place to come for your sports and fitness needs. One of the biggest differences between here and other sports stores, is that they feature new and used items! This is a great way to shop on a budget if you're looking to save some money, or buying for multiple kids / sports. They have gear and equipment for all major sports. For example, if you're looking for baseball equipment, they have several racks of baseball bats, plus baseball gloves, balls, helmets, catcher's gear, and even raglan style baseball tees and socks in many colors to accommodate whatever team your kid gets drafted to. They of course have other sports stuff for basketball, soccer, football, pickleball, and even lots of outdoor games for parties, picnics, and beach outings! There's also an entire downstairs basement type area that has gym / workout equipment . Everything from weights and dumbbell sets, to punching bags, to treadmills and ellipticals. The staircase is a little small, so be careful when going up or down. It had been a long time since I'd stepped into PIAS, so we thought it would be fun to stroll through on a recent trip to have breakfast nearby. The staff we all saw were younger looking dudes, but friendly and attentive. Somebody approached us when we were wandering downstairs to ask if we needed any help, and to not hesitate to ask if we did. It was fun to walk around and see all the different sports equipment and games they had. The space is relatively small, but is PACKED with stuff. The employees were apologetic and let me know I needed to have an ID to scan to complete the exchange if I didn't have the paper receipt. I thanked them, left and called the customer care number at the bottom of the website. The fellow on the phone also offered apologies and a 20% off coupon. I asked what would happen if I wasn't happy with the purchase I made with the coupon? Would I run into the same problems if I wanted to return that? It would be nice if Bath and Body Works updated their rewards system to include digital receipts the same way Target, Ulta, Best Buy, Macys, Kohls, Sephora, Hot Topic, and literally every store ever does. I will mention is I worked at the same Bath and Body Works about ten years ago and we took returns for just about any reason with no fuss. I get that policies and management changed but I wish they would go back that system. It is a fun store and again this isn't a dig at the employees but because this wasted so much of my time I wont be shopping here anymore.
