She is a amazing! She saved me from getting an unnecessary root canal that another office said I needed and fixed a filling that they messed up! Dr Behnam and her team make you feel welcomed every time you come and are not the type say you need all kind of work done to try to get money from you and your insurance. Dr Behnam has been my dentist for years now! My teeth always look great because of her! Cleaning are easy no pain. I just had a crown put in to replace a 40 year old cavity that was filled with silver. I usually feel all the dental work, I didn't with her. She was able to get my mouth numb for the entire process! I got two fillings done and Dr. Behnam at her office . Im not gonna lie the fillings look good but my experience their was not great. When she was numbing my tooth the first prick i did feel it but i was tolerable. Second time she numbed on the opposite side of my molar she inserted the needle once she started to inject the numbing i felt was un tolerable pain in my gums so painful that i screamed and was crying like never before. I felt half on my face burning stinging sensation the most painful thing ive ever felt before. In all the years that i have been seeing a dentist and a oral surgeon who removed impacted wisdom teeth i have never felt this un tolerable pain. lcried to so much that i couldn't talk i was hyperventilating and was out of breath crying inconsolable of how painful it was. She told me are you ok but i I couldnt say a word of how much pain i was feeling she left from her chair and i had seen her from the window of the exam rook of where she was she had gone to her car. I dont know for what but she got out of the office for who nows what when shes suppose to be their for me as a doctor . The dental assistant tries to calm me down and sat with me to give me comfort. Shes their but then she also leaves and comes back in 2 minutes. While i try to calm down myself .After that the doctor comes back and says im sorry i must of hit a nerve and that's all she says im sorry. At this point i wanted to leave the practice but i wanted to continue with the procedure because i was their and didnt waant to waist my time . I leave the office and call back because i was so tramatized of what had happened to me i ask the girl who assisted the doctor and i told her i wanted to ask her what are the side effects from hitting a nerve honestly she didn't know how to answer and i told her at this point i dont want you to give me false information i want you to write these questions i have for her and ask her. What are the side effects for getting your nerve hit while her injection it with local anesthesia and is it normal for me to have felt half of my face burning and feeling painful after she injected the local??? She said i will let her know and she will call you back at the end of the day because shes with a patient right now . it is 5:05 pm write now while i write this i called about 15 minutes ago and her practice is closed and never called me back ????! Really ??? Im am here trying to reach you and your office is closed on top off that my cheek is super swollen the anesthesia hasn't gotten down and my cheek is super swollen and dont know what to do ive iced it and has not gotten away they told me the anesthesiologists was going to take off 3 hours ago this procedure was done at 10:00 am and its 5pm ?!!!! Overall im very upset not just because of what had happened but because she never called me back ! read more

I have been without dental insurance for a decade and at last diagnosis I have gingivitis which equates to bad gums but pretty good teeth. I was very scared to go to the dentist but wanted to get a status on how much trouble my mouth was in... especially interested because I had been practicing oil pulling for the last 10 years... well I chose this office because after reading another review on how kind and comfortable the doctor was with another patient in a similar situation as mine I had to try her out...
