They have a a whole wall of chocolates with little sample pieces you can try before committing to purchasing. I only tried the pastries, and they were all delicious! ** Kalamansi coconut cake (5/5): my favorite of the lot! It was dense and creamy with its layers of dark chocolate ganache. The mint white chocolate layer on top didn't taste like mint but had a nice sweetness and worked well with the richness and dark chocolatey goodness of the rest of the cake. Didn't really taste the kalamansi but it was still super tasty! :) ** Chocolate celebration cake (4/5): nothing too unique about this except that it tasted of really high quality ingredients and was extra chocolatey! The cake had a hint of bitterness that paired well with the slightly sweetened frosting-- definitely rich but earned that "not too sweet" description. ** Double chocolate chip cookie (4/5): a crust/hard crumb + dense and slightly chewy in the middle with the chips providing textual contrast. It was the most bitter / intensely chocolate pick of the haul, but it was pretty tasty :) ** Apple donut (4/5): this would be my surprise pick; it sounded weird but the chocolate ganache filling worked well inside with the apple filling which wasn't overly syrupy or sweet! ** Miso blondie (3.5/5): drawn by the promise of miso and black sesame, but it didn't really deliver. It was a tasty dessert, but tasted more "normal" than expected. Definitely has the black sesame, but I couldn't taste any of it. I happily gobbled it up though~ Open everyday starting at 7 am until 9/10 pm and definitely busier on weekends (items sold out midday!). There is some seating to enjoy your goods in a simple and bright interior, and service was always friendly and welcoming when I stopped by.

Definitely worth a stop in, but again, do it early. The hot chocolate looks and smells incredible so we are absoutely getting that next trip.

I'm definitely going back for more when winter ends. There's lots of options including chocolate coated potato chips. I definitely purchased some and more. I really like the Matcha Wafers. The shop offers a nice selection of Nama chocolates, as well as nut and fruit bars, chocolate wafers, chocolate-covered potato chips, and wonderful gift sets. I tried a small sample of Nama Chocolate Matcha, it has a unique blend of white chocolate and matcha, consistency is a silky creaminess, and very sweet. Also tried Nama Chocolate Ecuador Sweet, delightful and yummy! It has a wonderful sweetness and pleasant, I can see why this would be a customer favorite. Personally, I'd go for less sweet and after trying a sample of Nama Chocolate Ghana Bitter, I felt this one is perfect for me, it's not bitter at all, the quality is superb! It has a rich, intense dark chocolate, consistency is soft, silky, not too sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth creamy, I absolutely love this! Both Ecuador Sweet and Ghana Bitter are excellent dark chocolate and liquor-free. I end up purchasing Nama Chocolate Ghana Bitter (20 pieces, $23.99) for its high quality dark chocolate, made with fresh cream, and it pairs amazingly well with good coffee. Service from Sean is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! He is so pleasant in answering questions and was very patient and courteous. Also they have a ROYCE' catalogue which comes in very handy and has descriptions of what chocolates are available in store.

OMG YESSSSS!!! I've had DA's pastries before at the Grove in LA but was not blown away like now!…read moreGimme some DKA aka D's Kouign Amann!! I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.

I love that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating and allow animals in the outdoor area. The seating, inside and out, is great. I chose a hot sandwich, the Morning, along with the Apple Black Tea. The meal was nice, and I appreciated being able to choose the level of toastiness for the bread or bagel. But when I tell you...that tea was everything! It had a smooth, lightly sweet apple flavor--no bitterness like typical black tea. The staff is kind, and your food is brought right to your seat, which is a very nice touch. Note: they do use latex gloves, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. I also enjoyed looking at the décor and the display of pastries, drinks, and items available for purchase to take home. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The music wasn't loud, and the service was great. Definitely worth stopping in. Thanks for the experience! Happy Yelping
