There's a lady name Julie Ann who works in It's Sugar on 3377 Las Vegas Blvd S, Space 2030, Las Vegas, NV 89109. She's very rude and selective to customers. I saw a stack of needoh balls on the counter, and I ask her "Can I have a box?" She says she will stack the items on shelf. We were ready to cash out, she didn't want to sell item to me. There's no need to stack items on shelf if they are on counter and customer is buying it. She's being selective and she didn't want to sell item. She should not be working there if she's not ready to sell items to me. She does not greet customer and she doesn't know how to treat customers in a nice way. I don't want to shop there because she works there and she is driving customers away. She does not know how to work there, she's selective. She gives bad experience to customers. This was a super fun spot with awesome photo-ops right on the strip! If you love candy, you have to come here on your next Vegas vacay. The store itself has every candy you could ever dream of! It's super fun to walk around in and see all the different sweets. My friend and I came here for the wild drinks that they have at the bar and they did not disappoint. They are WILD!!! I wish I remembered our bartenders name, because he was so fun! He made great recommendations and had lots of energy! We decided to share the sour gummy bear cocktail. These are huge, so definitely share them! Not only is the drink itself fun, but they somehow put dry ice or something to make it smoke. It is the definition of a Vegas drink and worth the price tag! Stale Bulk items. Las Vegas location near The Flamingo---- most of what we purchased was stale and had to be tossed :( I love taking the kids here as tradition and the wrapped candies were fine. but the majority of the bulk candy was stale and we had to toss it. The salt Water taffy was hard as a rock, Jordan almonds were soft (nuts do go ransid), most of the gummies and fruit chews were ok but I could tell they'd been there while. The hard coated items were fine (like smartees and good/plenty) Not that I expect it to be swaped out daily but that salt water taffy must have been there since the dark ages. so be careful when getting the bulk items. (I've seen some shops place candles in mini ziplocks and then all the ziplocks are in the bins to keep it fresh and avoid fingers. then you pick out as many mini bags to fill your bag) Still a fun place to see! read more

With curiosity as my guide I followed it into this wonderful play land of sweets. This store is massive and has every sort of treat that one could want, or need. With something for everyone here IT'SUGAR can soothe even the most fussy individual As we made our way through the store there were delights at every angle. Among some of my favorites were the Dingle Bearies Cereal which is made of all gummy bears. They offer so many Simpsons candy and drinks too. Even stocking the famous Flaming Moes drink, this particular one has no alcohol. The staff here is very friendly and pleasant willing to help the guest with whatever comes up. The store staff even make the rounds around the store to aid in any questions with the merchandise. They do sell some risky items here that are just for fun. To keep it clean for any younger viewers the back right of the store has rainbow pops that could make most blush. Some of these rainbow treats are in the shape of a phallic symbols, but all in good fun. As with anything adult it is located in the rear of the store. This store is a refreshing breath of fresh air where one can escape the atmosphere of Vegas for just a moment of humor and fun. It will brighten anyone's day! read more

This location of It's Sugar is a hassle to get to. The nearest parking is the lot at Bally's. You have to find parking then walk through the casino to get to It's Sugar. Once you get there they are out of merchandise. There are other locations around Vegas but I would definitely not recommend this one simply because of the hassle. read more

We were passing by this store in the Venetian, when I noticed a bikini made out of candy on a mannequin. I had to get a closer look. It was like those Sweet Tart candies with holes in the center, strung up with thread to look like a bikini. Candy is usually for kids but not this place. They have a lot of novelty items for adults. Some of the candies that I came across were Camel Balls, Dingle Bearies, Nice Melons, and Flinging Poo. You catch the drift. I have pics of the boxes below. The candy is also not for kids because of the prices. The price of candy at this place is outrageous. Each of those boxes of candies I just mentioned are $16. They also have those lollipops that light up. Back in Hawaii, I seen those for $2-$3. They were almost $7 in this store. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything here. They have plenty of candies and gag gifts from yesteryear and novelty items that make great gifts to re-gift, but nothing you can't find cheaper online. And although it's organized, there was really no customer service when I visited this store. Needless to say, I had some minor giggles with the more clever inventory they carry. It's small, it's lackluster, and nothing really stands out. There's an adult-oriented area that just seems out of place and crude. General selection of candy and chocolate is minimal. Prices are outrageous, even for Vegas. It's also quite stuffy, but so is the rest of the Grand Canal Shoppes. Forgettable experience. Not worth making a detour for, but fine for a quick candy craving or if it's on the way. read more
