This is what brought me into Cocoa Dolce: bedside chocolate at turndown.

Sadly, they melted quite a bit before I could enjoy them but trust me when I tell you I ate what I could. I hate hot weather! I visited the previous night and had a nice girl explain some of the flavors, while supplying me with a small booklet on what they had to offer. Overnight, I already had picked out what I wanted for the next day. Narrowing my selection down to 4 because one flavor was out of season (s'mores), I decided on Blueberry Pie, Strawberry, Rose Champagne, and Cookies and Cream. They were beautiful to look at, but also delicious. Nothing is worse than having something look good then be let down, that was not the case here. I think my favorite was the Cookies, which had a slight crunch to it. Each piece was $3.75 which wasn't too bad, but I didn't want to go crazy. If you buy under six pieces, they go in a bag instead of a box. You can get them individually, or buy a preset box for lovely presentation. Only odd thing that stood out for me was the tip option at checkout; of course you can opt out but I found it interesting that it was even offered in the first place. I discovered this brand from the turndown service chocolate they give you in the room; it was that good I had to come here to see what else they had to offer. Located on the second floor next to Cafe Cuto and (conveniently) across from the fitness center, stop in for friendly service and some beautiful, delicious chocolates!

If you're getting something special or it's for a special occasion , this is a spot to pick up . Each of these bite size chocolates are so "high end" decorated . Packaged very elegantly. You can either get it pre- pack or arrange ur own selections , there'd different favor, recommend that Expresso Martini flavor... Oh me oh my

Patsy has amazing customer service and was wonderful at picking her top three for me to add on to my cocktail chocolate box. This shop is located on the second level of Fontainebleau in front of la Fontaine. Look for pink on your right and the chocolate shop across from it. Beautiful minimalist decoration inside the store match the modern flavors their chocolatier creates. Stop by for a gift and a sweet treat, they sell solo pieces , BYO, and themed boxes.

The store is spacious and elegant. The service was friendly and patient. The chocolates were decorated beautifully. We personally did not like any of the 10 chocolates that we tried because we thought they resembled cough syrup. They are also pretty pricey. It was a nice experience to try once, though.

Just wow! We were walking around Fountainebleau and this little shop called to me. It was like walking into a high end jewelry store but all the beautiful jewelry was edible! The case of all the chocolatey delights were individual works of art. After seeing all the flavors, I couldn't not get some. They all have great intense flavors and some very exotic ones including alcoholic choices (yum!). Here were some of the standout ones. We may have had to add a few more pieces on top of the box of 10 :P Pineapple Moscato - OMG, this was so fabulous Spiced Mayan - little bit spicy and oh so delish Chocolate Caramel - cant go wrong with this one! Pistachio - great flavor, very smooth Creme Brulee - great torched sugar flavor Peach Cobbler - great flavors Key Lime Pie - perfection Blackberry Mojito - one of my faves! It really does taste like a mojito Grey Salt Caramel - Mmmmmm They also offer Pre-set boxes of chocolates, bags or bars of chocolate. We decided on build your own box as I like to choose the specific flavors. Kaylee is the best! She answered all our questions regarding the flavors, told us what was popular and what her faves were. She was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and she's so lucky to have the best job! I want that job when I grow up! The presentation of it all was beautiful and elegant. The box was high quality with a magnetic closure and the bag it came in was exquisite, I loved the bow closure. Kaylee said the red bag was special for the holidays, it's normally a black bag. It's a bit pricy but it is a great splurge for special occasions. Definitely recommended!

Staying at Fountaine Bleau while vacationing in LV ! I'm a big fan sucker for artisan chocolate so had to grab a box to share since it was my birthday ! Love the idea of customizing you own box with the flavor of your choice !! Every piece of chocolate was a work of art and you can taste each flavor so well!

Stepping into this chocolate haven is like stepping into a fairy tale, but instead of fairy godmothers and magic wands, you're greeted by chocolate raspberry hearts, bourbon balls, and a vast array of chocolate-dipped dreams. The chocolates themselves are a mini art masterpiece. The flavor selection is mind-bogglingly delicious. From classic milk chocolates to exotic flavors you didn't even know existed, this place seems to have something to satisfy every chocoholic's craving. My husband selected a pre-made spring box of delight. He was in love with the dark chocolate pieces and unfortunately for me, that was a majority of the box. Next time I shall pick my pieces of milk chocolatey delight. In short, Cocoa Dolce is where dreams are made of cocoa and sugar. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but worth it for the chocolatey happiness you can obtain.

The chocolates look nice. We tried a few of them and they were okay. Seems like I've had better in the city. Was a little surprised

If you like dark chocolate, popcorn, and sea salt then get the dark chocolate sea salt covered popcorn. It's pricy for popcorn but worth it. Very delicious, have a good crunch, the salt balance out the sweet of the chocolate. Would get more next time I am in Fontainebleau. Also the staffs are very friendly.

They have a a whole wall of chocolates with little sample pieces you can try before committing to purchasing. I only tried the pastries, and they were all delicious! ** Kalamansi coconut cake (5/5): my favorite of the lot! It was dense and creamy with its layers of dark chocolate ganache. The mint white chocolate layer on top didn't taste like mint but had a nice sweetness and worked well with the richness and dark chocolatey goodness of the rest of the cake. Didn't really taste the kalamansi but it was still super tasty! :) ** Chocolate celebration cake (4/5): nothing too unique about this except that it tasted of really high quality ingredients and was extra chocolatey! The cake had a hint of bitterness that paired well with the slightly sweetened frosting-- definitely rich but earned that "not too sweet" description. ** Double chocolate chip cookie (4/5): a crust/hard crumb + dense and slightly chewy in the middle with the chips providing textual contrast. It was the most bitter / intensely chocolate pick of the haul, but it was pretty tasty :) ** Apple donut (4/5): this would be my surprise pick; it sounded weird but the chocolate ganache filling worked well inside with the apple filling which wasn't overly syrupy or sweet! ** Miso blondie (3.5/5): drawn by the promise of miso and black sesame, but it didn't really deliver. It was a tasty dessert, but tasted more "normal" than expected. Definitely has the black sesame, but I couldn't taste any of it. I happily gobbled it up though~ Open everyday starting at 7 am until 9/10 pm and definitely busier on weekends (items sold out midday!). Personally, I'd go for less sweet and after trying a sample of Nama Chocolate Ghana Bitter, I felt this one is perfect for me, it's not bitter at all, the quality is superb! It has a rich, intense dark chocolate, consistency is soft, silky, not too sweet, and melt-in-your-mouth creamy, I absolutely love this! Both Ecuador Sweet and Ghana Bitter are excellent dark chocolate and liquor-free. OMG YESSSSS!!! I've had DA's pastries before at the Grove in LA but was not blown away like now!…read moreGimme some DKA aka D's Kouign Amann!! I wish I'd bought four my last day in Vegas because Dad accidentally ate the one for Mom instead of his apple pastry ... and he said there wasn't any filling. Yes, there wasn't supposed to be filling in the crispy, flaky, cinnamon sugar dusted DKA! I first had Cronuts at Paris Baguette so I knew what I was about to experience back at the Grove in 2019. I ordered one here in Vegas and this month's flavor was coconut creme. Very light in flavor, same heaviness I've gotten used to from croissant donuts. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Maybe I'll try the torched marshmallow ice cream bar one day. Staff is super sweet and friendly. Line goes by quickly. They have a few tables to sit at for a quick snack or breakfast.

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it.
