Times 2 because I have really severe allergies and have to use hypo allergenic, fragrance free products. After going through every lice removal service in the Phoenix metro area's website, Lice Clinics Arizona's products seemed like the best bet for my allergies. I reached out to the owner, Holly. She got us an appointment within two hours and fully informed our technician of my situation. Joelle had all the products out and waiting so I could read labels and we could decide the best way to proceed. The service itself was quick and thorough and the whole time Joelle was explaining how to clean brushes, pillowcases, stuffies, etc, I felt so much better after the appointment. None of it was as catastrophic as I'd imagined. We went back 10 days later for a recheck and were all lice free. I can't say enough good things about Jo. She also has allergies, so she really understands how to work with a client with allergies on top of just really knowing what she's talking about and being good at her job. The check was quick and felt a little rushed because it was near the end of the day (5pm and she said she was off at 6 and we were here absolute last people), but she checked and we came in the next day. Today we were told 3 of the 4 in our family don't have anything, and our one school-aged daughter had the freezing treatment and they got some eggs out. I was able to get a same day appointment, for a reasonable fee, and hightailed myself down there. So glad I did because Char, the very knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient who performed my check, did find nits to my horror - but she was so relaxed and informative about it that I truly did not panic while she carried out the cleansing process. While she did say it was not vital to launder everything, I did follow steps to heat linens in the drying for on high setting for 20 minutes+ upon returning home and know I can return within the next month for a re-check for peace of mind. I also purchased a can of the mint spray so next time I visit with my grandkids I can be armed with a measure of protection! Bottom line: Don't hesitate to make an appointment.
