Heather is amazing! I called her in a panic first thing in the morning and she was at our house within 20 minutes! I have lots of VERY thick, curly hair so I knew I needed an expert. She spent 1.5 hours checking me and 3 other members of my family. The best part was the education on how to keep us and the house clean. Heather is kind and patient, even with my millions of questions. She was very affordable- the peace of mind was well worth the $220! My only regret is not calling her sooner! Update: Heather is a true angel! She combed my hair an additional 3 times because it was so hard for me to do my crazy hair on my own. She also helped me identify if what I saw were nits or not. I honestly would not have been able to get through this ordeal without her and I will be forever grateful! read more

I called Heather on a Saturday night at about 8:30. Lice had been going around our daughters elementary school and we found some on our eldest daughter. Heather answered her phone after hours and we were able to have her come out the very next day- Sunday morning. She was able to treat my wife and two daughters in about an hour. She was very thorough and patient with our kiddos. She answered all of our questions and left us with a plan to follow over the next several days. It was really convenient to have her come to the house and she was really responsive and flexible with the appointment. read more

My daughter often visits globe,Az to spend time with her step siblings and fathers family and her step sister often comes to visit her at our home in chandler. During one of the visits with us, my daughter asked me to check her sisters hair because it was itchy. lo and behold, there was an infestation of tiny bugs crawling all around her hair. Talk about a freak out moment for myself. I immediately ran to the nearest drugstore and purchased different options of license control. I gave her the treatments and combed out her hair and,her mom picked her up the next day. About a month later, she came for another visit and I was Told that the situation had been taken care of. To say the least, it wasn't. Now we're all the way home in chandler from globe with a total of 4 kids and my hunny in the house and one of them had lice. I freaked out because apparently the 10 chemical treatments that her mother performed didn't work and I literally watched the eggs hatch as I was combing out her hair. Keep in mind, these lice combs from the drug store don't work for crap and will not get nits out. I purchased every kind they offered and none of them work. Her mother was in Rocky Pointe for the weekend and I didn't know what to do. My hunny looked up professionals in the area and began to schedule an apt for the next day for her to be treated and for all of us to be screened. I didn't want to wait til the next day so he found a number for same day service with Az lice pros. I called immediately and spoke with Heather. I explained the situation and she literally was at my house, with all the tools, ready to go within an hour. Talk about speedy service! She was absolutely amazing and very informative. She gave us the necessary information to pass along to her mother and effectively Treated the situation. Very very very satisfied. She also was very affordable, valued our time and screened all of us in the house. She made everyone feel at ease and properly educated us on lice treatment and preventative care. In all honesty I do not believe that any treatment would have been more effective. I highly recommend Heather at Az lice pros for any lice situation. You won't be disappointed! Thank you heather. read more

AZ Lice Pro - Lice treatment - Lice Services Near Me

Unfortunately, my seven-year-old daughter caught in lice from a daycamp this past July at the Phoenix Childrens' Museum. It wasn't long until the rest of the household became infested as well. The staff at the PCM is very good at detecting lice, but in my I would not recommend sending your child there because they do not clean their environment or do any other preventative measures to prevent other children from getting infested. Getting lice is stressful for anyone. We all tried the over-the-counter products first. We had to wash everything that was washable and vacuum everything else. It didn't work the first time and while we knew we'd have to do a second time, I am disabled and found myself unable to go through with that again. It was a nightmare for me. I took to Google and found AZ Lice Pro and called immediately. The owner, Heather, came out the next day and was very friendly and personable, yet professional as well. When she left all of us were lice free. We continued the treatment she taught us and it worked. We followed it exactly as she said and no more lice or eggs since. It cost $140 for her to treat three of us and it was well worth the money. We did not have to do any more washing, bagging or vacuuming with this treatment at all. If this ever happens again, I will be calling her again. She really knows what she's doing and every question I could come up with she had an answer for. I would not hesitate to call her. Do not use the over-the-counter products. You'll be in for a huge pain in the butt if you do. Besides, why put pesticides in your hair, to be absorbed through your scalp when you can cure it with olive oil? read more

I almost had a panic attack when I realize that lice had finally come into our lives. I never had it growing up and up until now I had never experienced it even with four young kids. But......it came and I freaked out! Being a large family and it being the weekend of course we opted to go small business that would come to us. Thank God! She was at our house within a half hour of calling and the whole family got checked and treated including our beloved regular babysitter. She really educated us and by the time she left I felt confident to be able to manage this event and any more that may come our way in the future. So thankful for her! Oh and you can purchase addition combs for any beloved babysitters in your own life who love you enough to still come back after sharing lice with them........ read more

Heather is amazing and relief to a worried mom's heart. Heather came to our home on New Year's day after I discovered lice on my daughter. She was kind, calm and so reassuring. Eased our fears and concerns and we even had a few moments of much needed comedic relief over starting the new year with these much unwanted hair friends. This is not the holiday I envisioned with my family, but Heather significantly lessened the extreme anxiety and dread lice brings. I'd like to also greatly appreciate that she's been able to answer my additional calls and questions with such quick and kind responses. This has been really hard on my daughter who already has big fears and big emotions, Heather has helped me keep my cool so I can help my daughter keep hers. Don't go this alone, call her. I can't thank her enough for answering her phone in the early hours of New Year's Day and coming to our rescue! A godsend and truly the best resource and ally one could have in this fight against lice. Thank you Heather for so kindly and respectfully helping our family! read more

I stumbled across Heather on a Google search and I am so grateful to have found her! I have 3 daughters whom all had lice, 1 worse than the other 2 combined, and Heather is amazing! My daughter came home with note from school letting me know she may have been exposed to lice. I checked her diligently for two weeks and found a louse. I treated her with an OTC medication, nit combed her hair for 4+ hours the first day and several days after that. I also cleaned and washed everything . I was still finding nymphs in her hair and couldn't send her to school. I called Heather after looking into a few services. Besides being reasonably priced, compared to other services super reasonable, I felt she would leave me the best educated and prepared incase this happened again. Heather came out the next day, treated my daughters hair and did thorough checks on the rest of our household (3 adults). She was able to do this within an hour, and gave us a ton information that will help keep us lice free. I hated the idea of posting to Yelp that I needed lice services but felt it was necessary to let other people like me know there is help and an end in sight. Super grateful to Heather and her services. read more

I am definitely that person who freaked out when finding lice in my daughters hair, and cringed at the thought that I probably had it as well. Turns out I did of course! The first thing that popped in my head was thinking back to when I was younger and my sister and I both had lice, and how my mom went through hell for months to get rid of those buggers. Washing, sanitizing, bagging clothes and toys.. and pretty much over doing it and still them returning. So I knew from the beginning I did not want to use drug store lice treatments. I didn't want to risk trying and trying and spending added up money on different products when I can find a better, faster, and easier process. So glad I found heather when searching online. I knew I could go through my daughters hair, but the thought of combing myself I knew I wouldn't be able to properly and thoroughly the way she did. She was at my home for maybe an hour and a half and came an hour after I called her for a same day appt, she even waited patiently as I washed out the mayo from me and my daughters hair that I regrettably soaked prior to calling her lol (only household thing I had in the house while searching for a real solution) we spoke the whole time about great information about the processes of true elimination, and answered any and all weird questions I had while we laughed at my confessions of probably "overly-doing it". I felt at ease knowing her simple but effective follow-up plan for removal, and she gave me the supplies I needed to get me through until all those pests are eliminated. So I can make sure all the previous microscopic eggs that couldn't be picked up at the time, don't see the light of day if they are there. She really seems like a beautiful person who wants to spread the word and educate others on proper elimination techniques without any added bs that other companies were willing to tell me for their personal gain. Really a great experience, my daughter and I actually had some fun through this rather than the usual horrible experience this situation comes with. Call heather if you want it done right the first time read more
