The best experience with Dr. Paquet & team!…read more I injured the right side of my nose while playing with my dog (embarrassing). Urgent Care confirmed it was fractured, with a deviated septum and slight (but obvious to me) deformation. After much research, I called their front office - knowing this was a timely matter they got me in the same week. After the consultation, Dr Paquet recommended a Closed Nasal Reduction to pop the bone back out and scheduled me for surgery the next week to ensure it would be done within 14 days. This was my first surgery, so I was very nervous but his team was warm and tender throughout the entire experience. Cece & Sarah were my nurses - they really took the time to make sure I was okay and checked on me frequently while I waited. Dr Paquet (Anesthesiologist) came in with a smile and made sure all my questions were answered and calmed my fears. Tasha and Jeffrey prepped me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. And last but not least, Dr Paquet (Surgeon) made sure I was ready to roll and then had me out in 16 minutes! It's now one week later and I couldn't be happier. My nose is exactly how it was before. 11/10 experience!

When I arrived, I was shocked when the receptionist told me that I would not be seen because I had not arrived 30 minutes before my appointment to fill out information on a tablet. I asked again and explained that I had driven a long distance and that I could complete the paperwork quickly since there is not much to fill out. Nothing helped. I was repeatedly refused, with the only explanation being that the doctor was busy. She was telling me this during the time of the appointment itself when he need to be busy taking with me! All that without a single sign of empathy, only a dismissive and arrogant attitude. Regardless of how good Dr. Paquet may or may not be (I honestly don't even know), no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disregard.

I have been interested in facial/skin care for a while now, and it was about time I started looking into ways to improve my routine. The moment I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. I noticed that the front waiting room, despite being more of doctor's office, felt more like a spa than anything else. My appointment was started promptly, where they explained fully the facial I was about to receive, and what would be following it. Sheena, my aesthetician for the day, and she was fantastic. She was quite exuberant, and was so pleasant to interact with. She also explained each step of my facial, which product she was using, and how each one works. I will say the there is a portion of extraction, while a bit uncomfortable, was definitely necessary. After the treatment was done, my face felt so fresh, light, & light, and also had such a glow to it. Following the treatment, I spoke with Shea who also explained a little further in detail about different methods/treatments for continued care. I was then taken to a room to get a Visia Skin Analysis, which shows variations in the skin, any particular areas of opportunity, and ways to prevent certain forms of damage. Overall, my experience was great. There was so much ease in talking with the staff, especially if there was anything I was interested in, they listened and then elaborated in detail. I appreciate them so much for their time, their work, and showing me a great experience for my first time. I intend to look further into future treatments and how they can help me looking younger, longer!

Aging sucks and the loss of collagen in the face makes any issue look worse. I've always said I would NEVER get fillers or Botox etc. just because of how unnatural it makes people look. And then there's Dr. Magee. She listened to my concerns, looked at my face and explained what she believed was the best approach. She explained the why and how of her recommendations and I decided to take a chance and go with it. Oh my goodness! I still look like me but dialed back about 10 years. It's amazing. I had no idea these enhancements could look so natural! She also sculpted my lips back to where they were before perimenopause! So natural looking and I feel amazing approaching my 50th birthday. As for the rest of the staff, everyone is really kind, informative and thorough. The office is nice and organized, rooms are clean and overall the experience has been really good. I will be a client for years to come.

Disaster Hair Transplant - Looks WORSE…read more I am a business owner myself, so I don't take it lightly and have never written a bad review because ultimately I know most mistakes aren't that big of a deal. However when you spend $10,000 to get a hair transplant and get swindled then they've got it coming. Dr. Wolin had all the charm in the world and assured me I was getting my hair back. I flew to AZ to get a cheaper rate than the transplant surgeons here in California and if I could do it all over I would have saved the $10k and still had decent hair. For reference I had a pretty thick front of hair but my crown was thinning. Nothing terrible but I wanted it all back. Instead, when I arrived for the treatment, it was a different team of "Specialists" who carried out the procedure. "Dr." Wolin came in and gave me the saline solution injection to my scalp to "plump up the area" for the transplant. Little did I know that this would contribute greatly to shock loss. I don't even think they did the full 1500 grafts they were supposed to do. I waited 2 years and it is AWFUL. I'm nearly completely bald on the crown and the hair loss from shock made my hair look awful...I am now consigned to being bald. WORST TRANSPLANT EVER. Ruined my confidence and drained my bank. Negative 10 stars.
