This is probably one of Indiana's best license branches. We started coming to the Muncie BMV approximately five years ago. Have been treated very professionally by these people and we have no complaints. Just went to get plates for a vehicle. Pulled into the lot thought I would be there for quite some time however I got my number went to take a seat number was called immediately was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
