I've been with this…read morelocation since 2007 (through different owners and management companies) and as a loyal customer, I have the privilege of paying almost TWICE that of a new customer. When I addressed this with the current management, the response was, "Yeah, that's the way it is." And since "the price changes every day," there is no set price! I was told to move out of my unit to a unit in the same location to restart my contract and get the better rate but that would happen only once. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS business model.

Budget's website states this rental location opens at 7am on Saturdays. That is not true. We were…read morescheduled to pick up our truck at 7am and when we called the manager we were very rudely told they did not open until 8am on Saturdays. The deciding factor for choosing Budget was the early pick up time because we had a long distance move to make. Also, the clerk seemed to be lacking when she was performing the initial inspection. We had to point out various dents and scratches on the truck so she would document that we were not responsible for those things. The next time we will use any company other than Budget.
