Luckily I had some friends and family to help me because they helped me load and later unload my items which expedited a process that PowerMoverz dragged on The biggest offense came at the end when my time came out to 2 hours and 10 minutes and main guy told me that they round up BY THE HOUR so I would be charged for 3 hours. We had scheduled an 8 AM move, but issues with their truck caused them to run several hours late. But they kept in touch with us the whole time and communicated updates very well. And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and transparent with the price, and the final price was on the low side of the range they gave us in the original quote.
