Within half an hour, the driver was there and loading up the truck. He was friendly and efficient. He even offered to take us into town with the truck so we could start arranging a way to get home. Once we dropped off the truck at the transmission place (closed on a Saturday) he even offered to take us back to the shop and let us use the internet to help us out. He didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated. We settled, instead, for the number to Enterprise Rental (that's another review). The price, for what he did was reasonable under the circumstances and his politeness and concern for our welfare was very much appreciated.
